We celebrated my husband's birthday with some friends at Joe's a couple of weeks ago. The food and service never disappoints. Joe came over to our table and chatted with us for a few minutes. It is always a special meal when we eat at Joe's.

The lunch buffet has many choices, but dinner sets this restaurant apart. They have many different sauces and pastas, with many meat dishes too. Most people will find an excellent meal here. The service is prompt and friendly.

Really good Italian food and a menu encompassing any preference or dish you could hope for. Only complaint was it was a bit cramped but despite... More

The red sauce and spaghetti was flavorful and the salad was loaded with olives and crunchy croutons and peppers.

There was a sign outside for a Prime Rib Special that Wednesday evening, which appealed to me, while my friends were in the mood for pasta. We did a bit of sharing and it was all fantastic! The service was marvelous and the environment pleasant. I'm told they have live music on the weekends, which would certainly change the experience... More

Very nice restaurant in Rio Rancho. My wife had the grilled salmon and I had the chicken marsala. Both were very well done. Would definitely go back. Had a good crowd for a Wednesday night.

I agree with previous reviewers, this is probably the best restaurant in Rio Rancho. Pros Decent service. Pleasant environment, not noisy but not museum level quiet either. Reasonably priced. Cons I dropped my fork and asked for another. Twice. Never got the fork, had to commandeer one from a vacant table. The ravioli appetizer was not hot, and bland tasting.... More
