This restaurant is the sister to one in Albuquerque (Saigon the original LOL) and the Owner is amazing. If you catch her there (can't remember her schedule) she will take extra good care of you. More importantly the FOOD. This place has been in Rio Rancho for over 5 years but we only just discovered it. It's tricky to find... More

The Pros Good service Great spring rolls, seriously great. Egg pie was very good The broken rice with pork and shrimp, it was good. The vegetables were pleasant and refreshing. Reasonably priced. The cons They need some kind of divider to keep the cold blast of winter air from hitting you.

Enjoyed a meal here with our Vietnamese friend and her family. Delicious and fresh Rare Beef Pho with all the fixins. Girls loved their Boba shakes. Great find.

The restaurant is in a strip mall on Unser and had great food. I had the egg rolls, bbq beef, fried rice, and a salad in a combination meal, and all of it was delicious. The egg rolls were especially good. The quantities were large and I highly recommend this place for a reasonable price with a variety of dishes... More

I am not a big fan, but the two people I went with LOVED it. I don't like cilantro, but they did take it out for me! It was tasty, just not my cup of tea! But don't take my word for it.......my friends loved it!

Had dinner here early in May. Quite a variety on the menu. We chose one shrimp and one pork spring roll for an appetizer which were good. We then both had the sliced beef Pho. Two big bowls of broth, plenty of thinly sliced beef and a few other veggies. On the side, as typical, were the bean sprouts, peppers... More

I've read other reviews so here's my advice: order Vietnamese soup when you come here! My favorite is #11 the combo but if you don't have the stomach for beef tendon and all those exotic parts, try #13 (it's very similar to Japanese shabu shabu where they put thin slices of rare beef on top and allow the heat of... Too much batter on fried foods and barely any food in there. Lots of white rice and no lemon anything with the lemon cucumber/tofu dish. Not sure what food is Vietnamese here. Won't go back.

I don't know how they keep the prices so reasonable at Saigon when the food is so great. I is a little family place with great service and food.

Description
They are not yet showing their Rio Rancho location on their web site... Urban Spoon & Yelp have it. We went there for dinner and it was awesome. A bit hard to find as it's hidden around the side on a strip mall facing a different road than the address.
