We stopped by because we had seen a special for ham, beans and cornbread. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before being asked what we wanted by a lady who must not been having a good day. I asked about the ham and beans and she very rudely said it was not available that day. We turned... More

We are so very, very sorry for the way you were treated! It has been our policy for 15 years for our employees to LEARN & KNOW "The most important people in the building are the next ones who walk through our doors!...No matter how your day is going!" Unfortunately, you are correct, that employee had lost a close friend... More

I loved this place. The coffee was excellent and the candles smell great. It was across the street from out Lodge so it was very convenient.

We've passed by this place for years thinking it was a gift shop. Glad we finally stepped inside. The menu selection is ample - and the girl at the counter was extremely helpful. We had half sandwiches (one hot & one cold) & soup - all was delicious and the meal arrived quickly. We thought the price was right in... More

These guys were packed with close to 20 people in each line. The girls up front stayed pleasant the entire time. The girl handling the tables was not having a good day at all. Appeared very unhappy to be there and bordered on rude. I can honestly say that this was the first bite of food on RedRiver so far... More

Had the green chili stew in a bread bowl - the stew was very good. Bigs chunks of chicken and potatoes - could have used more chilies. Had a green salad - very basic but fresh - over priced for what it was. House dressing was very good. Husband had a turkey and cheese sandwich which he said was okay... More

Their menu is really good. Myself, my daughter, and her friend visited there several times during our stay for the frozen coffees and smoothies. Outdoor seating is always my favorite but the atmosphere inside and out is great!

Stopes in this morning for Kolaches and coffee. The lady that helped was very nice. The Kolaches were full of cheese and sausage. A must try while in Red River.

Description
Mountain Treasures has a huge menu of wonderful homemade soups, made-to-order deli sandwiches (like ruebens, chicken-fried steak sandwiches and muffalettas)on fresh, "housemade" baked breads. The delightful smell of Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, and cookies flow through the whole place and you may find them hard to turn down! Entrees include fried chicken with fries & Texas toast as well as catfish with hush puppies & fries. Our coffee shop serves steaming cappuccinos, lattes, and fresh house coffee as well as fresh-fruit smoothies. We've proudly served visitors and locals for 12 years on Main Street right in the middle of town across from the Community House.
