Very authentic NM Mexican food in a little converted house on Motel Road. A taste of old Lordsburg. Love the combos and the chips are fresh and tasty with the salsa. Good for takeout. With El Charro closed for remodeling get there early or you will have to wait out front and watch the trains waiting for a table.

My husband and I ate dinner at Ramona's cafe. The menu had many tastey options, but when I saw the tacos being served at an adjacent table, I knew what I was going to order. So, now that you know I ordered two chicken tacos which were really good, I'll tell you what my husband ordered. He asked for a... More

Prior reviews were right on. This is a small Mexican restaurant and most of the customers appear to be locals. The food and service were excellent.

I had the Chicken Cordon Blu which was great and so large the take home was lunch the next day. Wife had soup and sandwich which she loved. Service was quick but room was cold, but we were by the door and cold air rushed in every time door opened. One of our favorites.

I have to agree with other reviewers about the green sauce. It was so good. I had it on chicken enchiladas that were stuffed with lots of chicken. My husband had shredded beef tacos and enjoyed them immensely. The shells were even freshly fried. We knew there were only 7 tables, so when we drove up and saw all the... More

The food is still good and the people friendly. Once again the customers were probably all locals; they still have very limited seating. We had the beef enchilada plate this time and enjoyed it. Try not to wait another five years to get back.

Small little place with good food. The tacos are a little bit different but good they have a half a hamburger patty for the meat. I've never had nothing but good food they are eating there many times.
