We enjoyed what we ate. Our family met another family there and it was the first time for both of us. Everyone found something to eat, and their variety of New Mexican and American was a plus. However, there were usual selections, but not some of the usual expected items. Here's an example: Quesadilla = usual has just cheese or... More

Great food and great staff! We had a very nice breakfast and had way too much food. The staff was amazing and came and chatted with us throughout breakfast. I try to back as often as I can!

Red chili is good and they have daily specials. Made to order food so it might take a while to get food. I will probably try other places before I go back again.

I have been here a couple times. I get their red Chile because they apparently don't use flour in it but of the four times I have eaten here, I have yet to walk away with an unsoured stomach. The food is really good, though, so it is definitely worth trying out!

This place is a must! We eat breakfast here every time we are in Las Cruces and it is awesome! The food is exceptional and the service is top notch. There was a line out the door when we arrived, but got our food in a timely manner. We will be back.

Mesilla Valley kitchen seems to have changed. The breakfast is very average, it is nothing that I crave to come back for again. This last visit I tried the breakfast burrito and the 2 egg plate with bacon and potatoes...these dishes were just average, there are other restaurants in LC that WOW me. Order at the counter and the food is... More

We loved MVK and can't wait to return. My husband had the chorizo burrito and I had the pecan pancakes with a side of bacon. Coffee was plentiful and served with a smile.

The staff is polite and helpful and there are plenty of food fare at this local spot for everyone, including vegetarian and gluten free. I highly recommend selecting the "Christmas" option (a mix of red and green) for any of the dishes with chili! MVK can get pretty busy between 10ish and 12, no matter what day of the week,... More

We are new to the MVK and have been delighted by both the breakfasts and lunches we've had there. If you can't take a lot of the red or green sauces, be sure to ask for them on the side (I can use a little to enhance the flavors). Beware of the super-large cinnamon rolls - they're addictive and so... More

The lunch menu looks good, but we always wind up here for breakfast, which is fantastic! Everything from the huevos rancheros to the pecan pancakes is delicious and the portions are a great size.
