We stopped here for lunch after visiting the Smokey the Bear Museum, just down the street. Great Mexican food. Big menu, friendly service, local color. Recommend as a place for casual dining. I am sure all their menu is good.

Food was very reasonably priced. Hubby had chicken fried steak, said it was good for a frozen steak. I had grilled chicken salad. Good for the price.

The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean but our food or at least some items seemed frozen and warmed up except for Mexican dishes. Green chili stew was really good but burger came out of a box, it was cooked well, just not a fan of frozen food being served in restaurants and some items seemed... More

We stopped in for lunch during Smokey Bear Days. The restaurant was nearly full but our waitress was prompt and friendly, and our food came out quickly. The chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes were both the "real thing" and the white gravy was a nice compliment. The coconut cream and chocolate cream pies were both fresh and tasty.

I had the prime rib and shrimp special. Tasty and cooked to my request. The staff was cordial and efficient. Nice friendly local place to eat. Don't forget to ask for a dinner roll though. Try it you will like.

I have had breakfast here. The home fries are so very good. They have happy wait staff and the homey atmosphere surrounded by Smokey Bear makes for a relaxing morning meal.

older family place, eat there 2-4 times a month when we get into town. Americana and Mexican foods, Do not expect shushi, but if down for decent portions, decent service an local color, good choice. Very friendly. very edible.

They have a big menu. I tried the taco salad and my husband had a chicken fried steak. The food was great and hit the spot!

Stayed at the Smokey Bear Motel next door so ate breakfast here. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Good coffee. Had eggs, hash browns, bacon & a biscuit. Asked for extra crispy bacon, but it was served limp & under-cooked. If you are from the south & know what a biscuit is supposed to be, skip the biscuits here as... More

There aren't a lot of dining options around so we stopped here. I got ice and it had such an after taste that I was convinced they must've brewed it with the coffee maker. I'm assuming well water? The food was edible but not great. They overcharged us on our bill but made it right when we noticed. Next time... More
