Cisan has been one my favorite restaurant in Nepo Quad. They have a variety of selection BUT I like most is the Bagoong Rice and shrimp cake. The Vietnamese spring roll is also a must try. The service is ok BUT when the resto is full, service is quite slow. Also, maybe they should consider opening earlier specially on weekends...

After a great lunch at Susie's Cuisine,my friend and I decided to check out Cisan's at Nepo Quad to have some chitchat over coffee and cakes/dessert. We ordered Vanilla Apple Crumble which was basically Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream on top.And we also had to taste their best seller...Ube Pandan Cake. Both were delicious and not too sweet. We both didn't... First time visiting. The place was cozy, good selection on the menu. We had the spring rolls (delicious), papaya salad (ok), chicken pad thai, shrimp curry, pork with bagoong fried rice and chicken sate. Reasonably price but not the best I've had. Staff where good. Will visit again when we have the craving.

There was not much choices. We were disappointed because we were expecting better food and presentation with the price. There was no authenticity with the taste.

The restaurant offers an Asian fusion of food,Vietnamese,Thai. I just love the Tom Yum soup, Calamares,Bagoong rice and many more. The Chef of this restaurant is the owner itself and very new in the culinary. It has an affordable price and a must try restaurant!

I'm not very familiar with Thai food but I liked it! Though their food is a bit pricey compared to others, their servings are already good for sharing. It's a nice restaurant with friendly staff.

Food is excellent, a little bit pricey but worth it. We went there on a Sunday & place is full, a lot of the items were not available anymore. Definitely worth coming back.

I don't have any idea that this resto's food genre is Thai...but anyway, I had their fresh spring rolls...shrimp is bigger and the bijon noodles conquers the overall taste. Not quite what I'm looking for since my kind of fresh spring rolls should be of veggies overpowering everything. I still prefer the fresh spring rolls of Viet Garden. I had... More

One of the two Thai restos in AC serving good Thai flavors. Pad thai is good here, shrimps are fresh. Pomelo salad is too sweet and watery. Tom yam goong soup lacks ingredients, but taste quite good. Overall, given their small portions its pricey here. The other resto Purple Pad thai gives better value with same taste quality. Swadikáp!
