We've been here twice and both times it was great! The fresh made deep fried calmares were delicious as well as the home made burgers (Tuna!!!) Definetely a great place to eat (Y)

This restaurant never seen busy. When the blinds is down at noon, cover all the newly refurbished decor inside. Special on board, fish and chips. 3 pieces of fish for 55k. Lightly battered. Delish! Pork satay was gorgeous too. Used to be 8 sticks. Gone down to 7 sticks. Pricing still the same old same old.

I had fishcurry with barracuda. It was really, really tasty. The restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly. The prices are low compared to the other restaurants from dive centers in Tulamben. Wished we would have found it earlier..

I don't understand how this isn't No. 1 on this list! We ate here for lunch and dinner - if I had to do over again, I'd probably eat here the whole of my stay in Tulamben. All of the other restaurants we tried did not come close to this one. Sandya was very inexpensive and the quality and flavor... More

We were drawn into this restaurant by the offer board on the street. BEER BATTERED FISH & CHIPS for 55 Irp.The restaurant looked clean, new and fresh but empty (it was 2.30pm though) Amazing meal - we had battered Tuna and Mahi mahi. Three big fillets delightfully arranged on the plate. We would give it 5 stars but we wanted... More

Restaurant options are limited in Tulamben. They all seemed to be operating in a dive centre. Sandya was located right on the main road, just across the street from the Liberty wreck. It looked new and very clean. I walked past Sandya a few times and never thought about trying co'z it was empty most of the time. Not until,... More

Needed to have a late night meal, and Sandya Restaurant filled the bill. Neat, very clean and looking rather new with excellent service. Good outlook over the road and back a bit.

The restaurant has gone through a major 8-month makeover & renovation, re-opened in Aug 2015. The new restaurant looks more spacious, refreshing & has a stage for local live band performances. Highly recommend Gado Gado (best peanut sauce), Nasi Goreng, Satay, Beef Burger, Mango juice (with real mangoes). Our meals average around Rp70k per person with drinks. The service has... More

The previous reviews didn't do any justice. About the stink smell, never occur when I was here. Mosquitoes attack really depend on the season. August is never an issue in Tulamben and in seminyak too. Overpriced would never happen here. Grilled barracuda fillets with chips for 45k (RM12 £2.30), if that is too expensive, you should only eat at road... More

It's quite an established restaurant which has been around for awhile, but the food is more expensive than equivalent competitors nearby and not necessarily better.
