What can one say to describe the service we received from Gusadi. His service was 5 star, he was so welcoming, attentive, warm and amicable. With in no time he was teaching new Indonesian words and promised next he would teach me more. They meal of Nasi Goreng was lovely, drinks great and they came out with lovely complimentary plates of starters while waiting. For 2 adults with mocktails also in final total AUD30.00I live here in Bali so will be going back and back

My wife and I ate at this restaurant and the food was excellent.
We opted for the 2 course deal which meant we could share a starter, have a main meal each and share a dessert.
We started with the chicken satay which was delicious, my wife then had mee goring and I had the grilled Thai chicken leg, finishing off with the cheese cake.
All the dishes were gorgeous and at the end we were absolutely stuffed as the servings are huge.
The waiting staff are really friendly and attentive, possibly too attentive as we thought service was a bit slow or maybe that’s their pace.
Including a glass of wine and a beer the total bill was only ÂŁ35 which is great value.
I would recommend this restaurant if you are in Seminyak.

I stayed at Marriot Courtyard for 4 nights, I have one dinner and 4 breakfast here. The dinner just exceed my expectations for the price you pay, very exquisite dining but at affordable price,and the food taste lovely. Thankyou Mertha for the great service, and the rest of the staff are very attentive.
And every morning I look forward for the breakfast buffet, they have wide range of selection for food, from western to asian, I love their fresh juice station, I always have my detox juice before starting my breakfast feast, I felt so great. All the staff are very polite,respectful, and friendly. Special mention to Arini and Ayu for being great in their service and warm conversations. I really enjoyed my tine here and wish to be back with friends and family.

First things first the service as all hospitality in Bali it was excellent. Sadly that's where our fine dining experience ended.
Starter we shared and they were prawns in breadcrumbs.... nothing special you got 5
We were also given some bread rolls which were a bit on the stale side.
My partner ordered a fried noodle with chicken and although you don't want chicken under cooked this was on the wrong side of dry.
I ordered pork ribs and asked the waitress to ensure that they were overcooked so not fatty and crispy. Unfortunately they arrived very undercooked and smothered in a runny BBQ sauce. Not great. Although the meat fell off the bone it was surrounded by fat.
When they came to clear the plates and asked how the meal was I explained my disappointment with the ribs.
The manager came over and apologised and took 20% off JUST THE RIBS bearing in mind they were hardly touched and not cheap they should have been removed from the bill entirely.
We picked this restaurant based on good reviews...it left me wondering if this bad review will be published....

I had the pleasure of dining at Seminyak Kitchen with my family, and I must say the experience was absolutely delightful, thanks to Arya and his amazing team. Arya went above and beyond to make our visit memorable by organizing a surprise birthday song and cake for my 2-year-old daughter. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine kindness left a lasting impression on all of us.
Not only was the gesture heartwarming, but Arya's friendliness and constant smile also made us feel incredibly welcome. He truly knows how to create a personal connection with guests, making everyone feel special and valued.
The rest of the team was equally fantastic—attentive, professional, and always ready to assist without being intrusive. The service was seamless, and their enthusiasm for creating a great dining experience shone through.
The food was superb, with fresh, flavorful dishes that catered to both adults and kids. Every detail, from the presentation to the taste, reflected the team's dedication to excellence. The ambiance of Seminyak Kitchen was also perfect for families, offering a cozy yet elegant setting.

We stayed at the hotel for 4nights. My husband and I are both vegan. The chefs were very accommodating with catering for us and made special breakfasts with our specific requests each day. The wait staff, including Ayumika, Teja, Didi, Saih and other staff staff whose names I can't remember were amazing and very approachable.

Breakfast at the Smithsonian Resort was a really special experience. We were able to enjoy a variety of menus in a clean and cozy atmosphere, and each one felt really qualitatively prepared. Especially the friendly and attentive service of the Wulandari staff was unforgettable. I always greeted with a bright smile, and if anything was needed, I quickly helped to enjoy the meal really comfortably.
The food was also beyond expectation, and the dishes made with fresh ingredients captivated the taste. From a menu featuring local characteristics to global cuisine, there was a wide range of options. It was a satisfying experience in both taste and service, and there seems to be one more reason to want to visit Smithsonian Resort again.

We loved so much satying in Marriot, and the breakfast was the best part!
Waiters here were so kind, always smiling, the food was delicious and with a big variety!

From our very first breakfast at seminyak kitchen the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. From making sure we are always satisfied to even giving tips for food combinations, the staff at Seminyak kitchen will definitely satisfy your food cravings and needs. In particular, Oka and Sella were extremely friendly and remembered our preferences ensuring that our needs were met without needing to lift a single finger!.

Krisna was our server. They did not complain when we moved tables because it was a little too hot and humid outside! He taught us some Balinese and Indonesian phrases like thank you and how are you. The food was utterly amazing. I got the buffet and stuffed myself with seafood and sweets. We also got all you can eat breakfast and ate donuts and sweets and rice porridge and other local delicious treats. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 stars. No drama. Terima kasih!

I've stayed at Marriott Seminyak on 2 different occasions and I've had the best experience each time. I've been to Bali before, but it beats any other hotel in the area by far, including their sister hotel in Nusa Dua. The quality of the people and their attention to details are exceptional. The food and the atmosphere at Seminyak Kitchen has been the best in the area - and we travelled around and went out every night. Including by car which we hired for the whole 2 weeks we were in Bali.
Rama in particular is a true asset for the company and the venue. Very kind, warm and personable - truly complementary to Seminyak Kitchen in particular and Courtyard Marriott Seminyak as a whole. He and the team at Seminyak Kitchen were a major reason why we chose to return to Courtyard Marriott Seminyak and eat at Seminyak Kitchen at least once a day. Everyone was so hospitable and professional. All the team at Courtyard Marriott Seminyak and Seminyak Kitchen in particular are a true reflection of good quality and a credit to good management.

Should be renamed as Best Kitchen in Seminyak !! The food and more importantly the service is really great. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of dishes for every palate. Local fare and western fare are abundant. There is even an Indian selection available. The staff go out of their way to make every visit memorable. The Eggs Benedict is really worth trying and seeing the speed at which it gets devoured I think it’s everyone’s favourite!!
We ordered room service and the food was excellent again and the portions are huge !! Chicken Parmy , Caesars Salad and pizza were excellent. Prices I must say are very reasonable when one considers the size of the portion and the overpriced fare you find in most places in Seminyak. Highly recommend both Courtyard Mariott and Seminyak Kitchen !

My partner, son, and I visited Seminyak Kitchen, and the food was exceptional. We were fortunate to be attended to by a man named Rama Jurn, who made a real impression. He took the time to learn our names and greeted us personally throughout the meal. When he noticed me giving my son some pineapple juice, he kindly brought over a cup and spoon to make it easier for me to serve. I was truly touched by his thoughtful service, and I would definitely return just to experience his warm, attentive hospitality again.

the service here was great here and the food was great too, the staff was always asking about the food + gives complementary bread before dinner / breakfast! will 100% be coming here again. Our server both time was YuPebri, and she was so sweet , kind, and had the best customer service of all the people we had seen in our time here in Bali. 10/10 experience!

The breakfast buffet is very delicious and they have a wide range of options. Has been one of the best experiences and thanks to the polite and friendly staff. Special mention about Pebri , who was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some important advice and tips about where to go and what places to visit and how much time it to allot for each location etc. Pebri definitely went the extra mile to help us.
