I found Frankies too late. Was last two days of trip.
Was recommended by several people and thought would try. Was not disappointed.
Loved the upstairs area at night and the food and coldest Bintangs
There is a menu which will suit anybody with brilliant food and good prices, and I could not fault the personal and friendly service.
Loved it so much that I have gotten a gift certificate for other family members going to Bali !!!

I think this is a new place, wasn't there last time we were in Bali. Had dinner a few nights and breakfast here, great food, great prices, very friendly staff, even the owner introduced herself to us and they had some live music the few nights we were there. I'd go back for the yummy potato skins.

We decided to come to Fankies as it had good reviews and were not disappointed.
Mum wanted fish and hubby wanted noodles / pasta so this fit the bill. Our waitress was super friendly and fantastic with our 3yo son.
We ordered fish and chips which was a decent serve and delicious- really fresh, mozzarella balls for our son who ate them all and a carbonara for my hubby who’s serve was on the smaller size and lacked a bit of flavour.
Was really happy with the service received and meals provided

Our first place we visited when we arrived in Bali and the staff were just incredible. We started with some frozen margaritas which were just ok. I had beef rendang which was tasty and lovely and spicy. My husband chose a steak sandwich, which he enjoyed and our kids shared a children's fish and chips. We had a couple of lovely cold Bintangs, too. Food was good but not amazing but the staff were brilliant.

I heard about Frankies from a friend and decided to check it out. I love being greeted with a big smile, and that happens every time. The beer is always icy cold. Frankies also has been providing free food to people in need during the pandemic. The bar food is really good, we had steak burger and pizza tonight. I highly recommend visiting Frankies

Frankies was a welcoming pit stop amidst the heat of the day. We climbed the steps to a balcony upstairs and sat at a wooden balcony , overlooking the busy bend in the road of Jl Padma utara.
Drinks were well priced at $5 a glass and I sipped two very pleasant midori splices as i people watched from my tower .
Staff were attentive and friendly and I have plans to stay in this area again , planning the accomodation around being close to walking distance to Frankies as it’s fabulous .
We have since been a part of the wonderful food delivery system for covid -19 that Frankies have organized . We are proud of their community based spirit and their compassion. We are proud to be a part of helping all we can .

We had dinner at Frankies in our second last night. I wish I had opened my eyes a bit more when walking past everyday,I think I must have thought it was just a bar. Well to our surprise I had the burger and it was absolutely wonderful, My wife had the beef Rendang and our friend had the Chicken Curry,and we were Thoroughly satisfied all round.Finally make sure you indulge in the cocktails and the coldest beer in town as one of the hard working staff will oblige you.A huge thumbs up 👍🏻 And see you in July

Had dinner at Frankies last night. Was surprised by the quality of the Ribs as the meat simply fell off the bone. Beer was cold, cocktail large, good live music and pleasant setting. Well worth visiting.

Popped in here for a quick beer on the way to the beach late arvo after a bit of rain so place wasn’t busy. Beer COLD. Atmosphere seemed good for the few that where in there at the time. Staff smiling and attentive. Tried a snack just for the hell of it - crumbed mushrooms and the chicken strip with honey mustard style mayonnaise. Chicken was fresh and crunchy and the mushrooms delicious! Tucked away a little but believe the potential for this place is enormous so best of luck and keep up the great standard. Will we come back - for sure. Took a pic of the food but couldn’t stop eating it before I took the pick so please note the serving is bigger than what’s left on plate

We dropped in here for an icy cold beer and glass of wine a couple of times on the way home. The staff were very welcoming and cheery so we decided to go for dinner. Due to COVID restrictions they had a limited menu but the pizza was great and the steak burger I can highly recommend, surprisingly tender and tasty. Can’t wait to return and see the full menu, really cold beer.🍻

Stopped off for a quick drink with my husband and noticed they had belly pork on the menu, had to visit that night as hubby loves belly pork, it didn't disappoint, cooked to perfection. This place is a little gem, fabulous atmosphere, fantastic, friendly staff. Try the pork and ginger dumplings absolutely sensational.

This was our third visit and they failed badly. Ordered the famous Frankie’s crispy pork belly 24 hours in advance as instructed. After arriving with a 7.30pm order the meal arrived at 8.45pm and underwhelming. Staff tried. hard to excuse the kitchen for the delay. A previous Breakfast meal with avocado on toasted Turkish had to be sent back and replaced the avocado was rock hard.
I am pretty relaxed and rarely make a complaint but Frankie’s need to pay a bit more attention to detail. The vibe and prices are fine, it’s the finished product needs finessing.

Came to Frankie’s on the 2nd nite of their reopening and it was pleasant.
Obviously they were still finding their feet after reopening and I have no doubt by now they have hit there straps.
The new menu is full of western and local dishes as we kept it simple and went for the chicken schnitzel and the Nasi goreng.
Food was well cooked and tasty , we didn’t stay too long after having a long day of shopping but Frankie’s is in a easily accessible new location with plenty of seating out front and plenty upstairs too.
Staff were very friendly and more than keen to serve , I’m hoping the second coming of Frankie’s is a success.

This was the most expensive meal we had when we were in Bali but by no means expensive by normal standards. We had two lovely steaks, cooked well and served with tasty sauce and sides. I had a lovely aperol spritz too! We spent around ÂŁ40 (most other places we ate were ÂŁ20-ÂŁ30) and it was absolutely worth it! We sat upstairs but could still hear the live music. Would recommend a visit.

Looking for a good grilled beef, attracted by the atmosphere, I was not disappointed.
The products are quality, the meat (prime Australian scotch beef) delicious and the staff charming.
I could have given it 5 but 45 minutes of waiting for meat and overcooking (served on deck and not blue) limited my appreciation.
Price of the grilled piece of beef: 300,000IRD (19€).
