Its a very beautiful place with a ocean view! One of the best places when it comes to party or hanging out with friends! I like the beautiful ambience and I will enjoy food and drinks every time! I was going there for their events...but I became a fan straight after! Lovely pool and people from all over the world! If you want a bed by the pool then you should come earlier! cheers!More

I didn't really expect anything when I came here, because I thought it was just gonna be another beach club. But, I came on Monday, and the place was not full, so it was actually pretty nice. There is beach in front of you, and...you could enjoy the sunset there.More

I loved how the entire place had a strong style, and the color combination of interior design. Some of the things that impressed me about the food and drinks - there was a large variety, especially for the drinks, and the food was delicious too.

I came here with the boys on a Friday for my birthday and we had a good laugh. It was low season and I’d say that had a fair impact on the number of bods around the pool, but the staff were nice enough and...the setting is pretty decent. Usual faffing around to get the beds we wanted, but not too much grief given the venue was half full and we weren’t holding back on the bottles. When we left, we actually pitched up at the bar just down the road on the beach to watch the sunset. Really nice, although it might’ve been easier to stay at Tropicola and we could’ve also got involved in the BBQ - oh well.More

Perfect place to see sunset, also very instagramable. We usually eat and drink at the dining table but in tropicola we can enjoy eating and drinking in the pool

Have to face it I was to old for this place but I went with my daughter. The staff were fabulous drinks were great, and menu was also great. It is a bit out the way. I would get a taxi for sure.

Funky small beach club with outstanding food and cocktails. Staff are really friendly and attentive and even though I'm definitely NOT their usual target demographic, I was made to feel welcome and at home. Predominantly young females here, many shaking their thong encased booties to...the Cuban vibes. Only a handful of males, though maybe they came later on in the afternoon. If I was an 18-30 year old bloke - this is the place to be. We left mid afternoon when I think things were about to liven up. There is no cover charge for the sun beds or minimum spend which is great. I would recommend reserving a bed though. The food was excellent and I loved the Frozitas - Gin, Rose, Hibiscus, Dragon Fruit slushy! Definitely not a kid friendly place. Music was loud but very good and a Cuban DJ was warming up for the nights entertainment. The lovely exotic English hostess flitted from group to group chatting and giving us all free shooters and snacks. Happy days. Per Motel Mexicola the decore is funky, fresh and colourful.More

We didn't know what to expect given the bad reviews of some beach clubs. Tropicola was reasonably priced and a sensational venue. No entry fee. Just buy your drinks and enjoy the pools and music. Great vibe, Great people watching. A really good day all...round.More

Overpriced, discourages children. But tgey only tellbyou that after taking your orders. Children not allowed in the pool with the flamingos floats they advertise. Overpriced and snotty. Music way too load for relaxing or talking.More

The last time i went there, there’s no minimum order. Maybe if they have an event, they will charge you. Maybe its better to call before you go
