I originally came for the CNY a la carte menu, but it was a bit lackluster, so I decided on a selection of seafood dishes at O Beach. The Prawn Bisque was rich, creamy, and sweet, but the star dish was the Crispy Red Snapper.
Do not go to Seminyak without enjoying some world-class hospitality and scenic beachfront at this restaurant. Kharis was a fantastic server, whose recommendations really blew me away and his tableside manner was entertaining and friendly.
Wish I was staying longer than one night in Seminyak, but so glad I got to dine at O Beach before I left!

From the moment we stepped onto the soft sands leading to this exquisite dining haven in Bali, we knew we were in for a special evening. The restaurant, with its serene beachfront setting, provided the perfect backdrop for what turned out to be an extraordinary culinary journey.Our meal began with the Singapore Chilli Crab, a dish that masterfully balanced spicy, sweet, and savory flavors. Each bite was a delightful burst of freshness, with the crab meat tender and succulent, enveloped in a sauce that was nothing short of addictive. Following this was the Caramelized Lobster, which was equally impressive. The lobster was cooked to perfection, its sweetness enhanced by the caramelization process, making every forkful a rich and decadent experience.But what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Henny, our waiter for the evening. Henny's attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine warmth added a personal touch that made our dining experience even more memorable. Her recommendations were spot-on, and his care in ensuring our evening was perfect was evident in every detail.The ambiance of the restaurant, with its gentle ocean breezes and the sound of waves softly crashing in the background, complemented the meal beautifully. It was the kind of night where every element came together flawlessly, leaving us with memories that we will cherish for a long time.For those seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Bali, this beachfront gem is a must-visit. Imagine walking along a tropical beach at sunset taking in the amazing energy. Then we meet Pleno, who invited us in for dinner. He is so welcoming, he brings joy , fun and laughter into your life. Pleno’s service is the best we have ever experienced and he will be our friend for life. Thank you Pleno for going above and beyond for our family. The food is absolutely amazing, and the chilli crab is definitely something everyone should experience at least once in their life. All the service staff are exceptional. Last night they had fire dancers and dancers. The ladies came and danced with our girls giving them an amazing experience that we are truely grateful for. The view from the table is perfect as you watch the sunset, drinking cocktails and eating amazing food. We highly recommend anyone visiting Bali to come to O beach Bali for a dining experience you will never forget,

Big claims to be ‘the best crab in Bali’…
Well, at $125k IDR per 100g, plus 21% tax you’d expect something special but no, chose one of the largest crabs there and it had barely any meat. Comes with nothing, no free sides at all. The sauce had a lovely flavour but the giant bowl full was excessive and wasteful with the half empty shells literally drowning in the sauce and most of meat from the carapace lost in the sauce.
Total bill just under $3m IDR for the crab, 2 tiny buns and a small bowl of rice plus one cocktail, an iced tea and a small bottle of water- c.$300AUD
If you’re from Australia you’ll be disappointed having paid almost twice as much as what you would have paid at home.

Regarding your overall experience, we always aim to ensure value for our guests. Our pricing reflects the cost of fresh, sustainably sourced seafood here in Indonesia, which can sometimes differ from prices overseas.
We also want to mention that we offered complimentary ice cream during your visit, but we understand you chose not to accept it. We genuinely wish it could have added a sweet ending to your meal.

Very average choices on the buffet, selection was limited and not really what you could claim to be a christmas buffet with the exception of a turkey with cranberry sauce and a christmas log on the deserts, all in all a poor selection that represented an attempt to maximise the revenues above quality. No gravy, no mustard of horseradish for the beef, veg was essentialy stir fried, potatoe on offer was garlic mash, very limited salad options, no cold cuts, sashimi was pretty embarrasing with what with measly portions of the fish accompanying the rice.
The setting is lovely and the staff were great, just think that the Management were going through the motions on the buffet with the hope to draw revenue from drinks.
Not a traditional Christmas dinner, even if they did have some guy singing carols and a fellow wandering around dressed as Santa. 3 out of 10 for effort suggest they dont bother next time or push the boat out

I came in Grand Seminyak Resort with my husband for our honeymoon. The personnel who work here is so attentive and always available for any need or desire you have!
We also tried the experience of the Cooking class: they took us to the traditional local market (where we bought some tropical fruits) and at lunch time they taught us how to cook a whole traditional Balinese lunch…it was so exciting and both Kharis and the chefs were so kind and expertised in guiding us during the whole morning!

Great spot on the beach, see the sunset while you eat. Onsite DJ. Food was amazing, we ate from the Indonesian selection really enjoyed it & reasonably priced. Staff very attentive & knowledgeable.

Had a really lovely meal with really lovely service from Kryshna. I had a holloumi sandwich, and the other family members had pizza and burgers - it was all very well made good quality and freshly made.

We came on a party night, launch, with huge party DJ and media, influencers, celebrities. Gave a party vibe, but we were still able to relax.
We had crispy prawns, bao buns (both pork and chicken variety) 3 cheese pasta and carbonara, all were delicious, and delivered to our table in excellent time.
Mia was our waitress and was amazing, very attentive and remembered us from our previous visit for lunch earlier in the week. And she was very sweet to our grumpy and exhausted 7yo. It was a great finish to our Bali Holiday
We can't wait to return

Absolutely wonderful experience at O Beach Bali. We requested for a memorable candle light dinner on the special occasion. The hotel staff led by Pleno arranged the table so romantically that we were overwhelmed. Also, he took extra care in setting up every details and also coordinated very well. We were served by a staff named Putra. He is very polite, accommodating, and served the dishes very well. He also shared some of the Balinese culture in detail. Overall, we would definitely recommend the place.

Such a nice spot, definitely a treat meal as on the more expensive side for crab but it was beautifully cooked and the chilli sauce was delicious. Great portion sizes and heard the mushroom soup was awesome too! Staff are lovely - thank you Eviii!

We had such a lovely evening with live music and great food and perfect location on the beach front.
My family have Jian dietary needs and the chef came out to speak with us and made lots of delicious options at our special requests. The food was perfect, and service to match!
I personally had pasta and it was great! It was a perfect evening all round and would definitely recommend for you to have a chilled evening by the beach to enjoy your holiday!

Such a lovely, friendly beach front vibe. Delicious food (croque madam & sauteed mushrooms) couldn't have asked for better service from Ima she was excellent.
If you fancy a chill early morning watching the surfers with a bite then this is a must.

Great lunch and wonderful afternoon at the Anantara Seminyak. Food is very good and service is excellent. Special mention for Dewa who is gifted with a wonderful sense of hospitality, care and concern and a very good proactivity. We spent the whole afternoon between pool and beach benefiting from a five star service. Dewa also booked us a wonderful dining experience on the roof top with stunning view on the waves of Seminyak beach at sunset. It really worth it. Thanks to the whole staff!
