This is where our love affair with Franschhoek started 14 years ago and we are never disappointed. Stunning setting, friendly but professional service, delicious wines, great ambience, the BEST bread basket, wonderful charcuterie and refined, flavoursome, seasonal food making the best of SA's larder. Hope...More

What a wonderful way to spend Sunday afternoon, from beginning to end, the wine and the food was excellent, our main waitress was Pearl, she was vibrant and jolly making our enjoyment even better. It’s a not to be missed Miss Molly awaits!

We enjoyed the most amazing lunch under the pergola. The food was outstanding and the service very friendly. We loved the small touches such as pre lunch breads (with the most amazing chicken liver pate and smoked butter) and petit fours with our coffee.

Enjoyed an excellent lunch here following an equally good wine-tasting at the Moreson Winery of which Bread & wine is part. Wide-ranging menu, tasty food, great staff, and calm surroundings. If you are using the wine tram, choose a line that gets you there for...More
