one of the most satisfying things is to be delivered with excellent food and service after a long walk up the mountain, cosy little pub with polite staff and great food.

Gorgeous BLT huffer on lovely fresh homemade bread. Welcoming atmosphere, felt very welcome even with two young children, who loved their fish fingers and chips too :-) Would definitely go again.

After another hike up the black mountains I had a great Escley pie in front of the roaring fire, and a couple of cheeky pints of Butty Bach. Love this place in the winter

I love this pub!! I had been unable to visit for some time due to work commitments, and last time I came here I vowed to stay in the Farmhouse B & B attached to the pub (100 yards away) - well this time I did! (see separate review for the Bridge Farmhouse B & B). What could be better... More

We visited The Bridge for a surprise birthday (26 of us in total!) and we all had a fantastic time - food was beautiful and tasted as good as it looked! Highly recommend! We were looked after as soon as we arrived, and nothing was too much to ask! Great hosts!!!!
