Their house special fried rice was still good out of the fridge the day after - you can't ask for more from a Chinese takeaway.

I recently moved to Princeton, NJ and have fallen in love with this restaurant and their staff. I am addicted to the eggplant with garlic and find it to be very authentic. I lived in Beijing for a bit and can be pretty critical of american chinese, but this place brings me back to my time there, and the service... More

We had dinner on the Patio and the service was friendly enough and prompt. The food failed. The seaweed appetizer was fried to a hard case and the vegetable spicy pot and Bok choi entrees were mostly inedible. If you do eat there stay with hard to mess up favorites like Singapore Noodles.

Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, very causal and BYOB. Most patrons are Asian and enjoying the food. Wonton soup is yellow broth with two very light dumplings and a few scallions. I had the shrimp with broccoli which are large portions and very salty but very tasty. Servers are polite and nicely dressed. Tea upon request. One small... More

My daughter goes to a small college in Princeton & we're always on the lookout for a good, fairly inexpensive place to eat that's low stress (no line). Epps Corner had room right away for our party of 5, the food was good, and the service was fast. No noodles before the meal, which was a bummer, but healthier I... More

We eat her often. Steamed pork dumplings, "double" flounder, mu shu pork, shrimp with walnuts among our favorites. Attentive staff. Excellent tea. Most (90%) of the clientele are Chinese.

Princeton is one of those wonderful people watching towns - and the best table in Princeton for people watching is on the patio at EPS Corner. My husband and I have gone to EPS frequently (but mostly in summer) alone and with friends, to enjoy the beautiful outdoor patio, the excellent chinese food, and the wonderful service. It is a...
