Everything about this restaurant, from the decor to the menus to the bathroom is extremely old school. This for me is neither good or bad, but I found it interesting to kind of step back into the early 90s once again. The food was average. I asked for my food to be pretty spicy but not painful, and I got... More

Decent place with Good food. The service was good and food tasty. It's a BYOB place and hardly a mile and half from my home.

This restaurant is now celebrating its 25th anniversary--and for good reason. The restaurant has a pleasant decor. There are separate rooms available for large parties. It has an outstanding lunch buffet--which is not only good, but also competitively priced as well. Dinner offerings are also very good. We have come here often and never been disappointed. The wait staff is... More

Always good food here. Consistently tasty and flavorful Indian food with a friendly staff. I've eaten here countless times in the last 10 years

Kudos to the friendly, accommodating staff and the interesting chicken soup. However, we are very discriminating; and have dined at Cross Culture in Princeton, NJ, Saffron on Route 10 East, in East Hanover (now closed and a new place is there which sadly does not meet our needs) and Citrus in West Caldwell, all of which have "spoiled us" with... This place is great. We come here often and they are always very friendly with our kids. The lunch buffet is enormous. I usually get full before I can try everything. For dinner, they are great at making the food very spicy for my wife and I and mild for the kids.

This restaurant is in our usual work rotation of places to go for lunch off-campus. They serve a very good buffet, the staff is attentive, the price is good, and it's fast. (I couldn't say if ordering off the menu is as fast during the lunch rush, since we all opt for the buffet.) I also ordered food to go,... More

The food was tasty but the service was extremely slow. We ordered simple items such as peas Paneer, on a Sunday evening wherein the restaurant had less than 20% occupancy; yet it took almost an hour to deliver the food on the table. Not sure if this was an exception, but will try my luck on some other day in... More

Mixed company during a weekday feeling like Indian food. Only another 2 tables very busy, but the dining hall is nice and quiet. Menu shows many classics, waitress explains patiently but some items needs to check with the kitchen. Dishes come relatively fast, for Western buds taste is good. Our Indian colleagues were not impressed and some dishes were not... More
