This is one tasty and delicious place for sandwiches the price is so affordable and great atmosphere. The only thing is that it's too small the restaurant but hey the food is delicious. Now the sandwiches they are really huge so you may need a knife or fork to eat it. So enjoy

This restaurant surprises me everyone I go here. It's so good and they have such a variety on the menu. My absolute favorite that I highly recommend is the banana burger, you will NOT regret this choice. The prices are fair and the burgers are HUGE! They have this amazing crema sauce that they give you and PLEASE use because... More

If you don't want to go to a pizzeria or just go get a quick bite, THIS IS the place to go eat. From the great burgers , hotdogs or even a salgadinhos this is the best place to eat in Newark. Reminds me of Hamburgao.

Always a long wait to be seated and for the server to come with the menu. The server was very rude and there was hair in the food. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

These are chocolate covered condensed milk filled sweets with a fresh whole strawberry or grape in the middle. Have been eating these for several years every time I come to Newark. The speak Portuguese here, and when I asked what these are called, the best answer I could get was "bon bons" which means candy in French. They also have... More

Forget about Five Guys and the rest of the commercialized chain places, next time you have a craving for a real burger (sandwich or pastry for that matter) make the trip to Altas Horas, you will not be disappointed! The food is very filling with generous portions. A definite lunch spot anytime I'm in the area!

This people really know how to calm food cravings. They also offer a good deal in pastries for catering, I did several orders only in December! The place is small but clean and friendly. Employees are nice all the time.

This is worth the drive. Hamburger with bacon, egg, cheese, corn, and potato sticks. Don't go big, but it's all big and it's all good
