This was a total surprise. Not that New Jersey isn't full of good restaurants or that New Brunswick is a dining dump. Not at all. But this lovely resto would stand out anywhere. On a pretty corner, in a conservatory setting, with innovative and well...More

The service at The Frog and The Peach was excellent and the food was OK. My wife enjoyed her hanger steak but my schnitzel was bland and the barbecue sauce was not a good accompaniment. The chocolate cake for dessert was good and the Gem...More

Visited Frog and Peach after Rutgers Graduation. A little gem tucked away a couple blocks from George Street. Menu features a diverse gourmet menu. Charming atmosphere which combines a clubby dining room and a light filled terrace. A bit pricey, not a pub grub stop.

This restaurant is too much money for what you get. I got the gnocchi and it had barely any flavor. The service is lower than mediocre and they mix up the appetizers and entrees.

Appetizers were boroughs at different times. Main dishes were pretty decent although when we asked for additional sides , they forgot it. Cheesecake was rock frozen and manager couldn’t even pronounce or remember the names of cheeses on the board.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at The Frog & Peach; it was a wonderful evening. We started off with delicious rolls accompanied by an equally delicious compound butter. We each ordered three of their small plates but passed on desert. We probably should have ordered...More

The menu here is unusual in that it features usual choices of steaks and fish with unusual choices such as sweet breads and other organ meats. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. While the food was not exceptional, it was better than expected in New...More
