I came here with friends after roaming the area for awhile. At first we were told we needed a reservation, but were then sat inside. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer and they were delicious. They tasted fresher than what you get at most places. We ordered sandwiches from the lighter menu which were also very good. Our waitress... More

We were two couples, stopping in for a drink and appetizers and the bar was so crowded we decided to get a table and have dinner. So glad we did.... the food was fantastic... we all got different things and each one was more delicious than the next. We all shared the mussels first... yummy. I had the shrimp and... More

Great spot for breakfast. You have to try the french toast, it was awesome. Service was good and will try lunch there next time we go back.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times over many seasons but this was the first time I had a bad experience. The food is very good and would have rated this higher except for the service. Our server, Maria, was very rude. As soon as we sat down she wanted to know what we wanted to drink. We barely... More

Food was good but not as good as I remember from a couple of years ago. Got the eggs Benedict here which doesn't hold a candle to Aleathea's around the corner. Friend had a tasty but pretty forgettable French toast. If you sit outside on the porch be prepared to be given the hairy eyeball by the dozens of hungry... More

This has always been great for brunch. Pancakes, fruit and chese plates, etc. It even has a gluten free menu. In the "old days" the dinners were mediocre, but now they are fine. They don't compete with the many five star restaurants in Cape May, but the dinners are more than OK.

Ate breakfast there since you get a voucher from hotel on the same property You get a voucher for $30 which is adequate for breakfast for two. My omelette was good. Essentially it was a good place to have breakfast.. however the coffee was mediocre.

I went to the mad batter last week . Luckily I booked , there was a huge que outside when I arrived . The staff were friendly and I was served quite quickly . The food was nice but nothing amazing and I certainly wouldn't be queuing just for something decent . I will return again as long I book... More

This place is a gem in Cape May. Every time we visit this is the only place we eat and never disapointed. Food and service are top notch. This is not a typical restaurant and every time we like to try something new. This is by far one of the best places to eat in town! You should also try... More
