We were part of a large group and we were seated in a timely manner. The staff was very helpful in getting additional tables for our group since we had a bit more than had been originally counted. Our area was a bit isolated from the rest of the guests and we therefore had a bit of privacy and quiet.... More

Stopped in after using the athletic club. Mariah was a great server. Dinner selections were great, food was nicely presented. We enjoyed everything. Best dinner option in the village.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the food well prepared. We have eaten there for years as we are residents of the Valley and the food is always consistent. The fish is always fresh and the meat is cooked to perfection. It is a little pricey but if you want to eat out when you are in the valley I highly... More

Tried and true choice for regulars which is why they are always busy. Advance reservations are a must on weekends though you can usually eat at the bar. We've dined here many, many times. Hands down the best food in the Valley (actually, the only decent food in the Valley). Service an be spotty but mostly good. Go-to meal is... More

We visit Waterville Valley once a year and always make it a point to have dinner at the Coyote Grill. It is by far the best place to eat in the resort. Over the years we have seen favorite menu items come and go. We miss the spring rolls and last year's Brussels spouts appetizer. We ate here twice while... More

This is clearly the best dining option in Waterville valley! While the location is a bit different (above the health club) the staff and culinary team don't let this hold them back! Lynn O (our waitress) was phenomenal. She was a very people friendly person, knowledgable about her menus and perhaps more important passionate about the restaurant and the community... More

We had dinner 3 nights out of 4 in Coyote Grill. Everything was excellent. WE were shown to our table on time, including New Years eve. Staff were very friendly & the quality & presentation of food were excellent. On our next visit to Waterville we will definitely visit Coyote Grill

Great spot for dinner, nicest restaurant in Waterville Valley. Had New Years Eve dinner here and diver scallops were great as well as the chocolate torte. Best place and only place for a nice dinner in town.

Still our favorite place when in the valley. Wonderful food (the specials are great), and the service is friendly, family friendly and flexible to fit in whatever you need as you may need it. Always have a great meal and are thankful they do not rest on their laurels, but continue to do what got them there.
