We decided to take a spur of the moment weekend trip to Portsmouth, in the middle of January.....it was cold! The thermometer was reading about 7 and the wind was blowing. Bubby's was close to the hotel so we decided to walk on over for...More
This has become my wife and my favorite place to eat breakfast or lunch. There hasn't been a real delicatessen in Portsmouth since Goldi's closed many years ago. My wife loves the chopped liver, and I'm particular to the pastrami. Last Saturday we had 6...More
We are deli snobs and the food here was outstanding. Excellent latkes, lox, eggs, good bagels, good coffee. We thought it was as good as New York delis - and the owners and workers were great. Would definitely recommend and go again. Price totally reasonable.

Love a good Jewish deli and this was great. Tried the potato pancakes, crepes (blueberry), and French toast. The potato pancakes were my favorite out of what we ordered. Sat at the counter because they were crowded. Fast friendly service. Everything was delicious.

Serendipitously found on Trip Advisor when we needed to grab lunch. The hot pastrami, corned beef, and turkey Ruben were all really good. Trip Advisor key words suggests that the food is kosher - but it is not.
While passing through we just happened to pass this great spot. What a surprise in Portsmouth New Hampshire.
The service was great and exceptionally friendly.
The selection was great and everything we ordered delicious. We wound up taking lots of treats home.
