You should definitely visit this restaurant. It is extremely clean, the food was very good and the staff extremely friendly. One person in my party has celiac disease and has to be very careful where she eats. The staff were very knowledgeable about this disease,...More

The atmosphere is cozy and warm ... felt a lot like a small restaurant in France. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was really outstanding ... every course for all 5 diners. The haddock, the filet, the chicken, all superb. Everyone agreed that...More

The Wellington Room is upstairs in a historic building over looking Portsmouth harbor. The food is excellent. Prices are on the high end, but worth every penny! Reservations recommended. Ask for a table by the window.

I don’t believe it is. We had to walk up a flight of stairs. So unless there’s an elevator (which I never saw a place for one) than no, it’s not handicapped accessible.
