This was our first time here, had never heard of it, but it is a local legend. Drive and drive and you think you are lost when you see another sign letting you know you are on the right track, suddenly you are there! We went mid afternoon after apple picking, and didn't have to wait long for a table,... More

Get there early and make sure you have an appetite. Parker's has great meats (bacon, sausages, homemade hash) and pancakes. First timers should try the samplers so when you go back and you will you can focus in on your favorites. Service was fast and friendly. The prices are a little high if you compare with IHOP but you get... More

We have been to Parker's numerous times. We have gotten the apple stuffed french toast, the ham, and pineapple cheese stuffed french toast pumpkin pancakes, Eggs Benedict. Its all delicious. Very delicious!.The wait time however is ridiculous, 1 1/2 hours is crazy long, Mind you this isn't even the early springtime sugaring season. Great place but you grow tired of... More

Just paid a visit there with my brother this morning. The place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it well worth the trip. My brother ordered buckwheat pancakes, baked beans, and a side of sausage. He received buckwheat pancakes with blueberries, bacon, and a side of sausage. The waitress did offer to replace the pancakes but my... More

Several people HIGHLY recommended Parker's Maple Barn for breakfast, so we took a trip and left when we were told the wait was 90 minutes and went to iHop - for a 15 minute wait followed by a yummy breakfast. Curious, we returned the following Sunday when they opened at 7:00am - no wait this time. We had the fried... More

Go early and go hungry! The restaurant looks smaller from the outside, but I would still recommend getting there early. Staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Rustically decorated. Order the pancakes a must have to enjoy the maple syrup. The side of bacon was generous with its serving. A nice touch is coffee pots at the table.

The best part of going to Parker's is the beautiful drive through Hollis and Brookline. Expect to wait a long time for a table. When you order-stick to what they do well-pancakes. Avoid anything with the word "donut." At the outside coffee stand, they were selling cider donuts. Being in the backwoods of NH, one would always expect home-made donuts.... More

Fun place.. gift shop while you wait for a table. Maple dominates the air. Big, fluffy, creative pancakes.. sampler of fried cinnamon rolls, donut holes, and blueberry bites (minis), was a treat! Good coffee, good service, nice atmosphere..
