I am going to recap my experience from beginning to end. Mind you, this is a true and honest opinion, which will hopefully be viewed in order to improve upon the service within such a nice establishment as the Radisson. Also note, I have over 15 years in customer service experience, so I am speaking from my own knowledge and... More

Went for a conference. Stopped by alone for lunch. Hostess very warm and helpful to take an order to go and accommodate dietary and mobility issues so I could get it to the room. Very good burger. The next day I dined with a group of six and also had very pleasant service, was greeted from my visit the day... More

The little lady and I, and our little little lady have enjoyed JD's a number of times. Whether it's just the three of us or with our friends and family, we always leave more than satisfied. The food is always good. We get something different every time and couldn't be happier every time. By far, some of the best burgers... More

I've had a light dinner here several times while visiting Manchester. Each time I ordered a sandwich (fish, reuben, etc.) and was happy every time. Good (what I think of as) pub food.

Went in on a whim as a local and was extremely impressed by the staff, drinks and food. John and Joyce went above and beyond. Had a few apps (potato skins and buffalo mac and cheese bites both were great). One of the hidden secrets of Manchester, NH! I would highly recommend the Carmel Martini (if you like sweet).

We stopped in for dinner last night before seeing the Boston Pops at the SNHU arena. They knew it was a big night, they had drinks named after Keith Lockhart etc... That being said, the waitstaff was doing their best but the kitchen was just not on their game. Food was unseasoned - everything that came to our table. Wrong... More

waited almost an hour for a medium rare steak.. what I got was an extremely well done, over done, borderline burnt piece of hard meat. Had a show to get to - could not wait for another one - needless to say I did not eat that night.. unacceptable - understaffed - flash frozen chicken wings and extremely expensive.

When I business trip I sit at the bar, order a wine and have one of their great salads. Top the salad off with a meat protein. My favorite salads are the spinach and the watermelon. Tip = ask for the dressing on the side. Service was excellent!

JD"s has a small, but excellent selection of unique salads, and the portions are a good size. Plenty for lunch and leftovers!
