One of the only place still busting and serving food after 8pm in Littleton. Right by the river. I had a side salad which had fresh ingredients, nuts and berries that went well with olive oil and pinch of salt. Pizza straight from the wood...More

If you love really really thin, cracker-crust pizza this is the place for you! Creative toppings and you can wash it down with local hand crafted beers. Wine is also available. We will be back!

2 buildings to visit. The pub has a great array of light fare while enjoying one of their great brews. What's better than Brats on a pretzel roll with kraut and house-made mustard with a nice Hefeweizen draught on a chilly Nov. evening? Next door...More

Business brought us to Littleton and we discovered this nice restaurant right next to their brewery. It has a nice decor. Great service and good food. And it overlooks the river.

We first went into the brewery next door - had a look around and were treated to some samples by the friendly guy behind their mini bar. We bought some of the merchandise and then went from some of the really nice IPA with lunch....More

We visited on an almost-brisk day, but it was sunny, and the shorter wait was for sitting outside versus inside. They would send a text when the table was ready, so we wondered around town with the other tourists. When we got the text, we...More

A beer and Pizza place but so much more. Great setting and buzz about the place. It’s a local independent beer brewery as well with knowledgeable staff offering opinions on taste. The pizza and other stuff are made in an open kitchen which adds to...More

Yes, we offer gluten-free crusts from Against the Grain. This is an option for all of our pizzas. For those who do not drink beer (shame!) we offer Citizen Cider on tap, as well as a limited wine selection.

Description
Schilling Beer Co. Is a progressive European-inspired small-batch brewery. We exclusively brew beers that we are personally passionate about--beers that tell a story about our history, friendship and values. We believe that craft beer is best enjoyed in community and within a specific sense of place. Our Cicerone-educated staff and unique location-on the banks of the Ammonoosuc River in a carefully renovated three-story 1797 gristmill-provide an optimal environment to do just that. We offer rustic Neopolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, local meats and cheeses and other plates designed to pair with our beers. Our food is rustic, simple and fresh, emphasizing local sources whenever possible. Outdoor beer garden and riverfront deck seating are available, weather permitting.
