If you are on a budget then look no further. The food here is very good and the prices are great. There is also a great view of the river from some of the tables. They have a cool gift shop and great fudge

The quirky decor or horns and saddles and a conestoga wagon at the entrance seems out of place here in the middle of the New Hampshire mountains, but we were glad we stopped by for a quick lunch. We were concerned when we learned that the restaurant was due to close for the season in 2 more days since they... More

Good was good. The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. Small gift shop attached with some very yummy fudge. Staff was nice and the food came out very quick.

Great homestyle food. Everything cooked to order and very good. Reasonable pricing. Retro which is really cool. Ask to sit up top, view of the Pemi is relaxing. Overall great food, not a chain restaurant which was so nice. We went two days in a row for breakfast! Gift shop and friendly staff too.

We arrived for breakfast and there was a waiting list for 20 minutes. I didn't understand why, because I saw plenty of empty tables. However, we waited and was sat next to the windows with a beautiful view of the pemi. The food was very good and service was good too.

We had breakfast here last year, and the food wasn't bad, but definitely nothing special. The view of the river in the raised section is probably the best part, unfortunately we didn't get to sit there this time. We noticed the building is for sale, and we probably should have considered that.. it seems like they're phoning it in now,... More

We stopped here for breakfast while on vacation. We were seated promptly by a friendly receptionist. Our order was delivered promptly and was delicious. Our server, Carol, was very attentive.

The blueberry pancakes really are great! They should be served with real maple syrup, but that's available for a small additional fee, and makes all the difference. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and said they are the best he's had. Ask for a table in the back by the windows - great view of the river.
