Maybe the best fried haddock that I've ever eaten! Some complain about the plastic silverware and paper plates, but the food is great!

Do you love fried fish, chowder with a nice view? This place is for you. I have a feeling that nothing has changed at this place in years. The portions are very large and prepared like they should. With the right expectations-you'll enjoy it.

We stopped at Newick's Lobster House in Dover, NH on a Sunday afternoon while on a fall weekend getaway. If you are looking for a fine dining experience, this may not be the place to go, but if you want some fantastic seafood in a casual atmosphere with an amazing view, you will be very happy with Newick's. The prices... More

Stopped in for a quick bite with great friends. The food is hearty, don't miss the haddock bites. Ask for Gloria, she is a treasure. Be sure to get a window seat, the view is super.

Just had a quick lunch with friends visiting from Texas! Outstanding chowder and haddock nuggets! If you get the chance ask for Gloria an awesome waitress who has been there for almost 49 years (Anniversary February 2017). She was a sweetheart and made our day!

Cannot understand the favorable reviews for this place. We live in the area but had never visited until recently. Tempted by a nice sunny day and favorable reviews we stopped by for lunch. BAD IDEA! 1- Asked for a window table was told that there would be a 45 minutes wait. B.S. the place was almost empty(it was before noon).... More

Our daughter took us to Newick's for Lobstah! The waitress was fantastic, she explained how the restaurant owner's son had his boat on the water, we could see it from the window. That is were the lobsters come from, fresh!
