If you can find the "Flying Pig" sign, you will strike GOLD. This adorable, charming and great restaurant is tucked away by the river. The deck has stunning views and the the inside is a quaint Farm atmosphere. The house named "Farm Burger" is the best in Dover. Pub style food at a great price! The wait staff is courteous... More

We went to the farm for dinner. We got buffalo tenders for an appetizer expecting the usual 4 tenders. Not here....4 huge tenders, twice the size of usual ones. A neighboring table ordered nachos and they came out stacked about a foot high. The food was excellent and prices were very reasonable especially considering the potions. We will definitely return.

I have been here a few times. If you like BBQ you should absolutely try this place. It does get busy and parking can be tricky but there is a big dirt lot down the hill from the farm. It is quite a hike if you have any issues walking. Portions are large and in the summer the scenary from... More

Meat is the best, and we all had the proper style. Th e onion rings are fantastic. We will be going at least 4 times a year.

Despite empty tables, the hostess directed us to a table in the bar area which is also near the front door and the bathrooms. Not a good start. The servers were made up as cats for the halloween season and the service from start to finish was good. The place is an old barn located along the river but not... More

Pulled pork burrito... Sunday morning Bloody Mary... Awesome Buffalo Tenders... This place is great for a fun night out, or for Sunday brunch. For American soul food it is above the cut, but not exceptional. If you want anything beyond a more classy version of a fun night out, look elsewhere because this is what The Farm is made for.... First time visiting but absolutely excellent experience. We shared the BarBQue plate, little bit of chicken, little bit of beef short ribs, little bit of pork ribs and little bit of pilled pork with nice and creamy mashed potatoes. Also, had a salad, dessert and drinks. The salad was huge, the dessert was rich and the drinks were really nice.... More

All of the food is delicious here! Quaint rustic surroundings & an excellent staff! They had seating indoors as well as outdoors right off the water. Parking is a bit tricky but worth it. Nice beer selection & good prices! A must try while you are here.

My daughter, a student at UNH, introduced me to this spot. There was a wait and it looked underwhelming. Once seated, it was anything but. As a result, I've been back 2 times since! The service is solid, the food delicious and the outside deck on a nice day is wonderful! Don't miss this spot...even if you can only snag... More

We stumbled upon this hidden gem along the river, having not an idea as to the treat we were in for. Proof that an adventurous spirit comes in handy! We sat out on the deck and enjoyed the river traffic as much as we enjoyed watching the variety of diners and wait staff. We were very pleased with the menu... More
