See the review at Inn on Newfound Lake. I started there before realizing it was for a review of the hotel not the restaurant.

We arrived early and had the porch to ourselves on a lovely evening. It was copiously decorated with gorgeous hanging baskets. Our service was fast and attentive, and we greatly enjoyed our meals. Scallops and Mediterranean Haddock both were quite good. So were the house and Caprese salads. A fine view of the lake too.

While I could not afford this every day of the week, it is our special place to go for an excellent although limited menu. Some of the best salmon I have ever had! The owners are both talented and very caring about the quality of their food and service. A great place for a special occasion.

All members in our party enjoyed their meals. Great beet salad with greens. If they have the butternut squash stuffed with apples and chicken try it! Other favorites included the salmon, New York steak and crab stuffed sole. Excellent friendly service.

Everything we have ever eaten from the inn has been just fantastic. I would recommend asking the waiter for their advise for that night. We did.

My husband and I have dined here at least 50 times and have always had a great experience. There are two venues for dining: the elegant, traditional New England Pasquaney Restaurant or the cozy Wild Hare Tavern. In the summertime, you may also dine on the wrap-around porch while overlooking beautiful Newfound Lake. Whether you are in the mood for... More

This place could be fabulous - beautiful view of the lake, beautiful terrace, great barn that is nicely decorated. Trouble is: They make their money on weddings, and don't seem to care that much about other customers. We had relatives staying overnight during the week during the summer - which should be their busy season - and they were the... More

O.K. my wife and I have eaten here before and enjoyed our meals but this time things were really lacking. The location and building are quite impressive but the service was severely lacking. We were the first and only people in the restaurant at 5:30 and the next couple didn't come in for another 20 minutes. It took a while... More

The food is definitely the best in the Lakes Region. Beautiful atmosphere, overlooking Newfound Lake. Friendly and excellent service. We enjoy eating in the lovely Tavern, sitting at the bar is great fun!

We had an enjoyable meal at this charming location. The master dining room has a good view of the lake; no reservations are taken which is a downside only if you would like to eat outside. A decent selection of wines by the glass and a good bottle selection. No tap beers and somewhat hit-or-miss on cocktail quality despite having... More
