We have stayed at Eagles Nest many times. It is great to have a drink in the lounge and unwind. The staff at Eagles Nest is always GREAT.

My friends and I stopped in and had a few drinks. This place has got the best view in the world!! Go out on the deck and look thru the trees to the lake in the distance, it's like you are on top of the world. Billy was the best bartender I have ever met and his drink recommendations are... More

Stayed here for a week & wasted my $$$. Wished we had stayed down by the lake like before. This was miserable. Plus you are hit multiple times by marketeers trying to sell you a condo. NEVER AGAIN!!! The walls in the units are paper thin and you can hear everything 2 stories below and above.

We were staying at Perennial Vacation Club, Ridgeway, which was was only a short drive from the Eagles Nest Lounge. My wife and I had just returned from the wineries in Placerville and wanted to stop at the Nest to cap off the night before we turned in. We were surprised to see so many folks at the bar when... Some things are always good and the Eagles Nest Lounge lives up to lots of fond memories of dinners and parties there over the years. Teh decor looks as fresh as it was and the service still very cheerful and friendly. Food was great and we eat at a table right there seated in comfy chairs rather than in the... More

Eagles Nest is a lovely, small resort which is reminiscent of an elegant Swiss or German vacation chalet. We come to Eagles Nest for a week every Thanksgiving and for another week every other year. Billy, who runs the bar, is a great guy. He remembers everybody's name and drink preferences (even though he only sees most of them one... More

The semi-private bar/lounge in this Chateau-like 5 star condominium hotel is for those who like the finer things in life and good company with intelligent conversation. I like the place so much that I travel here annually. The premises are, I think, ideal for weddings with a huge open air deck that overlooks Lake Tahoe on a clear day. The... More

A large deck overlooks the mountain ranges of Lake Tahoe; with the western facing vantace and large picture windows the view is unreal and the sunset very pretty. Small bar with awesome, friendly folks.

I ate here with a large group as part of a dinner organized by a conference that I was participating in. We had the upstairs room to ourselves (there were about 50-60 of us total). I enjoyed the food, especially the shrimp scampi that was served to us. The setting was also very nice with glass all around and nice... More
