My husband and I went to Red Robin for a casual dinner. We both ordered hamburgers and fries. They were the best in town. Our server Zack was friendly and efficient. I would advise adults who want a reasonably quiet supper to ask for the bar section. We noticed that the restaurant tends to seat families with children in one... More

Burgers are over priced. Endless fries can happen when(and if you can get them) bar is very high fare, Charge for everything including kids wifi tablet at table.

Red Robin does not take reservations, the place was absolutely packed on a Friday night, but we got in pretty fast. The cost is reasonable and the hamburger I had which had an egg on top was amazing. Bloody Mary's are great. They bring an order of fries if you want more just ask and they will bring more. I... More

Burgers are usually good, sometimes service is slow. They offer endless fries but order them as soon as your meal arrives. Beer is cold and glasses can be large. Good family spot and lime their rewards program.

Went to Red Robin with my daughter as part of our shopping. We were seated right away and our waitress came by promptly. She explained the computer on the table and encouraged us to use that to order, pay and play games. I must be old fashioned, but when I go to a sit down restaurant, I would prefer to... More

The burgers are generally fresh and well prepared. The service is spotty, from average to long waits. The servers are generally friendly and reasonably attentive, appropriate to the level of restaurant. They are generally good at refilling drinks and fries.

Red Robin is one of my favorite chain restaurants. Burgers are always fresh, hot and tasty. Plenty of burger options too! Don't forget the endless fries, always a treat. Great salads too! My burger was well seasoned and delicious. Service is attentive and courteous. If you don't like the kid noise just ask to be seated in another booth or... More

I have eaten here well over 100 times over the past twenty years when my oldest daughter was a baby and now with my three yr old daughter, and the service and the kitchen has become more frustrating as the years go by it seems. It's a fun place for kids and that's really the only reason I put up... More

good service, good burger, great remodeled atmosphere. Sometimes there is a wait at lunch. This place has been at this location for more than 30 years.

We ate dinner here during our stay in Reno. Red robins are always wonderful and this was no exception. Our waitress was very quick and efficient, very friendly and helpful. I had the A1 peppercorn Burger which was outstanding. My son had the chicken fingers and shrimp, which he loved and the other son had mac and cheese and fries.... More
