The food here was excellent and the service was wonderful. I had a seafood dish that was incredible. It had fish, scallops, mussels, and shrimp mixed in a pesto that was just mouth-watering. The drinks were excellent as well.

Located along the Truckee River, Campo is a fine establishment that serves excellent Italian food.  I visit Reno several times a year and I do my best to visit this location whenever I'm in town.  I ordered the Campo Pizza (tomato, mozzarella, sausage, salami, pancetta) and was amazed at its flavor.  The edges were a little burned, but I usually... A cool restaurant right on the Truckee River. We went with another couple and enjoyed the evening. My wife loved the rigatoni but my steak was very small for the price. $34 for 6 oz fillet with no sides. $7 for asparagus so $41 for the two. While it was good quality it seemed overpriced for the amount of food.

Great plate lunch. Be aware that their plate lunch selections may change. On the day we went there, here's what they had on the plate lunch: sandwich of the day - a really nice homemade corned beef with homemade mustard (they said it was a half sandwich, but it was more like a full one), some homemade sweet pickle chips,... I have been to this restaurant several time well visiting Reno. Great food and service. The mix of local and visitors makes for a good atmosphere.

Did I say Italian? Northern Italian. Nice selection of a variety of items. Fresh is best. I like the selection -- calamari was very good too.

Cute restaurant. Service was fine. Our pizza was burnt and it didn't phase the waiter. Kale salad was good, but a bit lemony, my teeth feel grainy. Lol Burger was delicious, especially with the egg, but for $20? Not that good. They distill their own water, that is cool.

Be sure to try the roasted cauliflower dish with chili oil. Some of the dishes are prepared in unusual, creative ways. Everything we had was really good. We had the business lunch special which was really reasonable. The regular pricing was good too.

Decided to make this a dinner stop during our river walk. The restaurant has a nice set up with an open area or if you prefer a booth for a private dinner. Besides pizza, several menu items are very unique. We ordered the Dropp which was a salad that is shareable. Can't go wrong with their pizzas. The Camp pizza... More

Recommend the business-power lunches. The pizzas and the home-made meatballs were fantastic! Nice portion so, husband and I could have shared it. We ended up ordering more food that we could have handled but, it was all good (i.e., there are homeless people around the corner who didn't mind us ordering extra food :-)

Thank Savvy T
