Dinner at Joel Robuchon is not just about a nice meal in a pleasant restaurant. It’s a full experience. It’s a special occasion that you will remember for the rest of your life. The restaurant, the ambience, the music, decoration, staff, the food. EVERYTHING is...More

We recently ate here for my 30th birthday and it was unbelievably good! I couldn’t rate this restaurant any higher. There is a range of different menus to choose from...we had the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was exquisite. Couldn’t recommend a trip...More

It is outrageously expensive...$425 pp for the 16 course tasting menu, plus another $300 pp for the cheapest wine pairing (you can spend $1000 on wine pairings!)...but a fabulous, very unique experience. Incredible service, beautiful food!

What an absolutely delightful experience. There was nothing not to like about this experience (except perhaps the steep price). I would recommend this "experience" to everyone at least once in their lives. The food was exquisite, as was the service. They give you many add...More

First, let's get the cost out of the way - 250 for 5 course tasting menu, another 245 for wine pairing - plus cocktails, dessert, coffee, aperitif - if you are going to do this right, it is going to cost you. But it is...More

I had agree at experience but paying such a big bill makes you wonder what value for money really is. I liked it and impressed with service and food even though some JR restaurants have better interior design. All in all a great place.

The quality of the food is fantastic. If you can afford one of the pre-selected "discovery" menus, that's fantastic, too. But there's also a cheaper create-your-own menu option. That's what we did. You can pick and choose items from those "discovery" menus, along with other...More

There is absolutely a dress code. They require at least business casual but it is not unusual to see people in cocktail or formal wear. A dinner jacket for men IS REQUIRED. They will give you one to wear if you don't have... More

You time frame is far too short here. You need at least 3 hours. They do have ala carte but it's not worth going for just 1 dish. It's a 'sit back and relax' sort of dining. The food is excellent!

Winner of Michelin's Three Star, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond, and Wine Spectator's Grand Award, Joel Robuchon has redefined Las Vegas fine dining. Joel Robuchon was named France's Chef of the Century by the esteemed Gault Millau restaurant guide. Coming out of retirement to open his first restaurant in the United States, Joel Robuchon caters to a sophisticated palate that features a menu of his finer specialties. Limited seating creates the intimacy one can expect from Joel Robuchon. Reservations strongly recommended. Choose from the multi-course tasting menus or order a la carte. Specialties include Le Caviar, a trio dish of thin couscous and Oscetra caviar, smooth cauliflower cream, and delicate gelee of green asparagus.
