I was hungry when we went here so I got the mixed plate; mahi, chicken, beef. She got kalua and cabbage. This so reminds me of our plate lunch’s we’ve had back on Kauai with the added benefit of a Lapperts right across the way....More

Yet another rare find on our TasteBuzz Food Tour. Hawaiians have a big presence in Vegas. On my last food tour there was a cookie place that had some out of the ordinary treats worth a peek. This was something more along the lore I...More

Stumbled onto this place thanks to Tripadvisor. Was very good. Menu was very new to me. I am not familiar with Hawaiian food. Tried a few different items and they both were good. Portions were good.

We went here for the cheap prime rib, as it was rated as one of the best of the cheap prime rib places in the area. It was not. We liked that it included a nice salad bar, and cherries jubilee for desert. But when...More

Large portions, great value. We have the beef teriyaki and siamin which was amazing and itself. We couldn't even finish our plate proportions for that large.

I always come here to eat while on vacation and they offer Great Value, Great Service, and a Great Meal. I had the Portugese Sausge with 3 eggs over easy and a small saimin. The breakfast was plentiful and the saimin was like a large,...More

Aloha Specialties is a definite must-eat when we are in Vegas. Being from the Big Island, my first choice is the Loco Moco (sticky rice, handmade hamburger patty, brown gravy and fried egg). Second choice is Kalua Pig... More

Aloha Specialties, located on the California Hotel & Casino's mezzanine, will satisfy your taste buds with its Island fare. With the umbrellas and wicker chairs lining the mezzanine outside the restaurant, Aloha Specialties transports its diners, at least for a short moment, to the islands. Step inside and its walls are lined with native art and the tables and chairs are covered with the "aloha" prints that you'd see in Hawaii. Aloha Specialties features teriyaki plates, stews and curry specialties, combination plates and noodle dishes such as Chicken Tou Saimin and of course, the popular "rice bowls". Eating in or taking out, give yourself a treat and try Aloha Specialties.
