In 2004, Chef Thomas Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at the Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino. Located in the property’s Venezia Tower, Bouchon at the Venetian’s soaring interior space was designed by Adam D. Tihany, who recreated the original Bouchon’s vibrant environment. The restaurant features a classic mosaic floor, a magnificent pewter bar, antique light fixtures and hand-painted murals by French artist Paulin Paris throughout. Bouchon’s quintessential bistro fare changes with the seasons, and though their presentation may change, some of Chef Keller’s favorite dishes remain as fixtures on the menu throughout the year: roast chicken, steak…
Impressive! Went here because it was the top rated at The Venetian, where we were staying (and we love French). Awesome. They hustled. Food (onion soup, pate, ribeye, trout) all top notch. No complaints. Spent a ton. Worth it.
Such beautiful ambiance and fabulous food, combined with outstanding service.
The restaurant is on the 10th floor of the Venetian, however the rooftop garden makes it all feel so Parisian.
You are greeted first by a happy server bearing warm bread and pistachios. I dare...you to resist. The cocktail list is extensive, as is the wine. The menu and the specials covers a wide range of high/low options, so you can spend a modest or a large sum, as you desire. Just know that whatever you order will be so delicious. The portions are quite generous, but not obscene.
The servers are plentiful and will keep your water pitcher filled, your bread replenished ( Don’t do it! Save room for the food!) and guide you through the menu.
The service was friendly and extremely helpful without an ounce of pretension.
You cannot leave Bouchon without a warm and wonderful feeling. Not to mention a very full stomach. I would return here in a heartbeat.More
We reserved a table for brunch. It was one of best experiences.
We made reservation for 8:30am, showed up at 8:21, was seated promptly. Our waiter Ken is very knowledgeable and polite. He did not give us too much nor too little information, he gave...us just right amount of details. After ordering he checks in from time to time. His waiter style is so nature and blend in. Feels like It's an art. He deserves top tips.
Now onto food, we tried four different kind of entry, each was delicious. White sausage is very tasty and different than your normal sausage. Chicken with season is best ever tried (according to my family member).
Overall from service to food all 5 stars.More
Loved the food! Restaurant was a little loud and tables are very close together, bistro style as advertised. We had mussels and truffle fries and steak frites. All food was excellent! Service was great.
We arrived late in the evening. There were only seats at the bar available. It turned out wonderfully. Our bartender/waiter was amazing. The cocktails were exquisite and the food was great. Such a fun time.
I don't get it. The meal was good and well above average but not stellar. I had the chicken and waffles and wanted to keep my meal under 30 dollars. However, that I'd hard to do since they being water or ask you if you...want still or sparking water without explaining they charge 5 to 8 dollars for that. About time you add one or two things more you are quickly at an 80+dollar bill. Oh, make a reservation or you will have an hour wait time.More
We dined at Bouchon the last night of our 3-night stay @ The Palazzo, and I'm glad we saved the best for last! This was easily our favorite of the three Venetian establishments we dined at. The drinks, entrees and desserts were all TOP NOTCH,...and the quality was more like a fine dining experience than a slightly more moderately-priced restaurant. This is easily one of the best French restaurants we've had the pleasure of dining at. I had the chicken and creme brulee - both were excellent! I also had an orange-flavored cocktail, and the server was kind enough to bring us another drink to try on the house! That was SO NICE of him! I had mentioned to him that I thought the cocktails at Bouchon sort of reminded me of the cocktails we had at Atlas Bar in Singapore - I told him both were equally delicious! We were impressed that the majority of diners actually respected and followed the business casual dress code here, unlike our experience at LAVO, where people rolled in dressed VERY casually (and not business casual AT ALL). The crowd was much...classier...at Bouchon, which enhanced the overall atmosphere of a simply fantastic dinner. We can't wait for our next visit!More
Sitting oh-so-pretty on the 10th floor of the Venetian Hotel in Vegas is Thomas Keller’s french bistro, Bouchon. The beauty of the pool garden right outside the bistro, the delicious food all plated beautifully and our server Jer V’s impeccable service make for a memorable...brunch experience from start to finish. Might you ask, “bouchon” means “plug” or “cork” in English.
I rarely eat, much less, rave about comp breads but this one is so fresh and yummy with that blueberry compote and butter. Strong start!
Poulet et aes Gaufres ($29.75) • Tender, moist roasted chicken with bacon-chive waffles. Together with its maple syrup partner, it is the perfect balance of savory and sweet. Husband scores it 5 stars.
Benedict au Crabe ($32) • Meaty, chunky and sweet lump crab, hollandaise sauce, poached eggs with a smattering of roasted mushrooms and peas that I normally pick out but, gasp, in this case, did not! Very filling and delicious! I get nervous sometimes with a hollandaise order because it has a tendency to either be too runny or overpowering but this one is juuuust right. I did not eat most of the english muffin anymore because I had to save tummy space to sample my husband’s waffles.
Les Moules Frites ($28.75) • Meaty and chunky Maine mussels in white wine, dijon mustard and saffron with lots of garlic! It is sooo tasty that I shamelessly dipped my truffle fries and some bread in it and licked my lips countless of times.
And of course it is not a french meal without gooey eggy yummy creme brûlée to round it all up!
Bouchon remains the hottest brunch ticket in this town. It is not just a meal, it is a delightful experience. We are lucky to have been sat in Jer V’s section. We will surely make time for some dinner escargot on our next trip. Best to book ahead, like before you arrive in Vegas, on @opentable because they get crazy busy with 1-2 hour waits. I walked away with a smile mumbling to myself the only french phrase I know that best describes my walk of shame restaurant exits: “J'ai trop mangé” (I’ve eaten too much).

The most delicious brunch! The croissants were the best I ever had. But the crab Benedict....hands down the best Benedict I have ever eaten. Lots of crab and the hollandaise was amazing!! My sister got the croque madame, which was also delicious but even better...were the garlic truffle fries. Holy moly those were to die for. My only tiny complaint is no Coke Zero. But that’s the hotels issue not the restaurant. Will definitely come again.More

It's at the top of the Venezia Tower. Easiest access is if you look to the right of the Venetian check-in desk you will see a sign Bouchon and elevators that lead directly to the restaurant. I hope this helps.
