One of the oldest Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. We had a great waiter who made sure the food and service were fantastic. The live music was great and unobtrusive, like having a Frank Sinatra record playing. The wine list was very good and a fair price. Highly recommend Bootlegger if you have want an experience that is off the... More

Hard to reconcile the buzz of Bootlegger Bistro (i.e., Bourdain did a show segment on it - Playboy highly-rated their bar scene, homely beginnings, personalized service, etc.) with the actual experience. To begin with, the service we encountered was horrible (maybe a bad night, maybe a shift change - either way waited forever to get noticed, get served, get our... More

Everyone writes according to each ones experience! Mine was nothing special. I ordered grilled trout and the trout came bathed in olive oil as well as the accompanying vegetables. As a result it was not edible. The other folks with me seemed satisfied, but there was no raves. The acoustics were out of control on that Monday night and the... More

After spending time on the strip where everything was over-priced, it was nice to find this place. Love the live music (harp player) and the service was excellent! My husband and I both ordered a seafood pasta dish. It was excellent but we really could have easily shared. The portions are massive but we are Canadian and I suppose this... More

Stopped in here as it was near our hotel. Ordered the penne pasta and lasagna entrees, both came with caesar salads. The marinara sauce is boring, the portion of the lasagna was about 3' x4". Our server was nice and attentive. The restaurant/louge is large, very dark and reminded me of an old burlesque type of venue. I would not... More

I go to LV twice a year, for 25 years. I had never heard of this place until I saw it on the TV show, Anthony Bourdain. The food was great, we had a booth near the lounge singer. Looks to be popular with the locals, one at the bar said he's their 4 times a week. You can eat... More

The venue is nice, the entertainment is great, the food is decent, but the service is horrible. Every time we have been there we feel invisible.

We visited twice over two weeks. The food is of a high standard and the portions are large. Recommend the sausage stuffed mushrooms and Saltibocca. You will not leave here hungry. Gets busy at the weekend, so recommend booking a table. Looking forward to the next visit.

The seating hostess was asked a question about an adjacent meeting room and was brushed off because the room was busy. When our guest asked the server Roger about the pork necks he said: "They're pork necks." When served our guest discovered that he was pretty much presented w/a bowl of salt. It was no surprise the server was also... More

Had family visiting from out of state and wanted to give them a great dining experience, not in one of our many hotels and the Bootlegger exceeded my expectations. The food was great but our visit was made outstanding by our Server, Cody. Nothing was too much trouble and he made wonderful recommendations for wine and dinner. Thanks for impressing... More
