Took me years to visit this restaurant, wish I had done it sooner. Not a huge buffet but if you like lobster, fillet mignon and champagne this is the place for you. Probably twice the price of other quality buffets (I.e. Bellagio brunch - which is also great), but still worth it. The service is a lot more personal and... More

This brunch is pricy at around $100 a person, but if you want lobster tail, filet mignon, champagne, caviar, shrimp cocktail and crab legs it is worth it. Waiters are attentive and keep you champagne glass full. Desserts are tasty as well. On cautionary piece of advice, the buffet line closes at 2:30 pm. We had a 1:30 pm reservation... More

Highly recommended for serious foodies. Reservations required. It is in a regular restaurant not a topical buffet place. The selection of food was not big but all classic. The lobsters were a big attraction but some of them were over cooked, that was a shame. Other seafood choices were all pretty good. For the meat lovers: The steak was great... More

This is the third time I've gone to Sterling Brunch at Bally's and like all the other times I went there, I enjoyed myself there. The last time I was at Sterling Brunch was back in April 2016. I arrived a few minutes before my reservation at 9:30am and checked in by giving my Total Rewards card. She asked me... More

What a shame. 2 years ago they were packed & charged $150 per for the best food in LV. Dumb down time...bean counters removed 30% of what makes fine dining. Gone are lovely salad choices of 6' long packed table with beautiful crisp choices, great dressings, proteins or just plain great salads. No bagels, no cream cheese, no frills. No... More

Lobster was super delicious at Stering Brunch. So was their Eggs Lobster Benedict. Staff was polite and very attentive. However I missed a larger variety of meat: more fish and more steaks. Now they only served 1 kind of each: 1 kind of fish, 1 kind of lobster, 1 kind of scampi, 1 kind of steak, 1 kind of oyster,... More

Myself and my friends travelled to Las Vegas for my friends 40th birthday. We booked this brunch as a birthday treat and we were not disappointed! The food was excellent,a lovely choice and delicious. Our waiter Duff was amazing. He was funny and attentive and totally made the afternoon. We all agreed this was the best way to spend an... More

Awesome, great, unreal and worth the trip to Las Vegas. Was there on New Years day 2017. $95 a person included all the Prawns, Crab legs, Filet Mignon, Prime rib, Champagne and huge Lobster tails that you can eat and drink.. We ate for over a hour and then sat and drank Champagne for 30 more minutes and were never... More

We went here for my wife's birthday. We live in town and had seen this brunch and reviews and knew it was pricey so we waited for a special occasion to go. It was excellent, the service was top notch and the champagne flowed freely. I am no fan of champagne but even I have 5 or 6 glasses and... More

If you did not have enough to eat the night before, then The Sterling Brunch at Bally's is the place to come to get blissfully full. Cavier, Crepes and Eggs Benedict to get started. Don't leave out the slab bacon, rack of lamb and prime rib. Are you ready for sushi, lobster and king crab? You are not full yet,are... More
