I wanted to try Nobu while in Vegas, it did not disappoint. The salmon roll was outstanding, maybe the best roll I ever had. Also, the Bulleit burbon manhattan was extraordinary.
So keep in mind, I haven't had high end sushi on either coast, or in Japan. But for someone who lives in the southwest desert, this is the best sushi I've had. I've been there twice, and both times got one of the Omakase's. Pricey...More
I have been to several Nobu restaurants so far. Food, quality and service is very good in all of these places. Ambiance though could be cozier and reading menus in dark light gives me a hard time.
