I wanted to try Nobu while in Vegas, it did not disappoint. The salmon roll was outstanding, maybe the best roll I ever had. Also, the Bulleit burbon manhattan was extraordinary.

I have been to several Nobu restaurants so far. Food, quality and service is very good in all of these places. Ambiance though could be cozier and reading menus in dark light gives me a hard time.

I am out of praise. I am drained of "wow". While dining at NOBU, I used every iteration of "OMG" and "This is amazing". "Superb" describes the ambience. "Excellent and attentive" describes the service. "Outstanding" covers the description of each and every dish we sampled....More
