The concept seems great but the execution was a little off. I was hoping for fusion food but instead got a fun place to sit/eat/drink. Great for groups and people watching.

We had dinner here - we chose mostly mexican food (queso fundido and tacos). Overall quick and tasty meal with reasonably good service.

The most reasonably priced restaurant at The Cosmopolitan I introduces interesting concept of a Mexican/Chinese cuisine blend. Delicious tacos with shrimps (tacos camarones), but Chinese version of Mongolian Beef was not impressive-too bland. Excellent friendly service is a big plus.

Came for lunch with my wife. The idea is (self-confessedly) wacky: Chinese, Mexican, and hybrid Chinese/Mexican (think tacos with Chinese inspired fillings). The waitress who greeted us was not very engaged or informative. What we were not told, but had to intuit after the food was delivered, is that the restaurant is part of the 'small plates' fashion (nothing wrong... More

When we heard about a restaurant that "fused" Asian and Mexican food, we were just too curious not to give it a shot. We stopped in for lunch, and we started with a couple of nice cold beers. When perusing the menu, we had a really hard time making a decision. We wanted to try a couple of things, but... More

This restaurant is always one of our first stops when we get to Vegas. The service is OK, but the reason to go is for the food. Tacos - we have tried every one of them more than once and the best is the tongue taco! Wow. Just wow... so full of flavor. Even if you are a little skittish... More

The concept is Genius, the food is equally incredible. Hand made tortillas made right in front of you, the Black Bean taco was amazing, as was the Fish taco. Pair these with a top shelf Margarita with salted foam, and viola, your taste buds will be thanking you!! What a sweet surprize this was.

I had the tasting menu and my wife ordered a bean taco and hanger steak. Our server added a little bit extra to some of the tasting menu selections so my wife could try them as well. We both had plenty of food with how we ordered. Two full tasting menus would have been way too much food. Our server... More

We stopped by for a quick lunch. The food was served very fast and was delicious. The dumplings are hand made right in front of you. They are really really awesome!

We stopped by China Poblano for a quick lunch and I was impressed with the service and ambience. The menu offers a good selection and is very reasonably priced in my opinion. I selected the carnitas and silencio tacos and the golden pigs. The carnitas taco was absolutely delicious, and the silencio was yummy too, but the sauce was too... More
