I stayed at the Hooters Hotel and tried this steakhouse, since the ads all over the casino convinced me to stop in for a visit.  It was the middle of the week so it wasn't very busy.  This is a low-key steakhouse but nonetheless has a decent selection and friendly atmosphere.  I tried the T-bone steak with fries and veggies... We went for dinner here and even tho there were Hooter girls and it looked like a Hooters inside, we were told it was the Mad Onion. NOT! It was only a Hooters menu.

As we walked into the restaurant, we noticed there were no other diners - this should have been our first clue! We were seated at the table of our choice by the waiter who provided the menus. Within 3 minutes, he was standing at our table ready to take our order - no water no offer for a cocktail. We... More

I went with a group of my closest friends and we sat around and had a wonderful time laughing and eating. No worries about bothering other diners because everyone was just there having a really good time.

Please note that the restaurant no longer offers $9.99 prime rib! We did eat and were the only people in the restaurant, still had the prime rib ($26) and found it to be delicious! Wouldn't recommend adding a side salad onto your dinner... I received a whole dinner salad. Good for a quick, tasty bite to eat!

Don't waste your money here, go to the strip and find a higher rated place... or get a player's card and get it comped. Food was of regular expectation as your local steakhouse, nothing to write home about here.

I stay at Hooter's frequently, and there is usually an early bird special of prime rib available. The setting is fine dining, but they don't seem particular if you are in jeans and a t-shirt. The special is usually comparable in price to the old Downtown restaurants. Had a red wine with the meal and the food was cooked nicely.... More

The service and food were outstanding even though our family showed up right before closing. We enjoyed the nachos, Fettucine Alfredo and chicken strips. Pricing was excellent right off the strip.
