Was invited to lunch here. I had the salmon tacos special; two others had fish-based salads. Surprisingly tasty Mexican-fish fast food outlet, with silverware and real plating, not just the plastic and paper found in most "fast food" outlets.Chipotle sauce was a smoky slow burner. Service was friendly. Pleasantly surprised.

This is my first trip to Ribio's Restaurant. Not knowing what to expect. I was glad I came, I ordered 3 different tacos...Traditional Baja Tacos are breaded and fried accompanied with cabbage and sauces. They had a Chimichurri Salmon Taco...The fish was grilled, incredible delicious. The restaurant has some memorabilia that reminds you of your Beach Vacations, pictures of sandy... More

nothing special, uncooked tortillas with some tasteless rice and raw looking beans would cost as so much that you would almost regret for not having gone to a nicer restaurant and have a nice entree... Tacos are tacos and fish was not fresh

Went for lunch on business and had the shrimp and bacon burrito. Taste was phenomonal. Tasted fresh, sauce was spot on. For a big burrito it was pleasently light and I never felt bogged down in the afternoon. I will be back. Best meal I've had in awhile.

Their food is of superior quality and taste. A 'fast food' environment but the food is much, much more. Great prices. Fish Taco's are my favorite but the burritos....wow!

I eat at rubio's about once a week. I love that it isn't fast food, and yet its not a sit down restaurant. I have had just about everything on their menu, and all of it is good enough to order again. My favorite is the Gourmet Chicken Tacos with bacon. Try 'em!

Very clean and efficient operation. The salsa bar has great choices to put on whatever taco you order. The pinto beans are terrific, though a bit small portion. Staff is helpful, counter service to order, they bring it to your table. Have been there many times and will continue to go. The food is terrific.

My first foray in to fish tacos came back in the late 90's when I was living in San Diego. As I walked by the new restaurant who boasted $0.99 Fish Tacos on their window I thought to myself, ewww....but at less than a buck, why not!? I was pleased with my first taco and pleased with my last, which... More
