For a fun and enjoyable time, visit Luna Park. Very accessible with mass transit. This park has something for every member of the family. From exciting rides, bumper cars and board games to beautiful rides for the young ones

The money had been in GI for many many years under the same family ownership. The Coney dogs and fries are delicious....they are unique and made the same way as when they opened. The interior takes you back to the lunch counter days with swivel stools and wooden booths. Great experience!!

It was our first time to the Coney Island. It won't be our last. A real cosy little joint over 83 years old. Limited menu butt what they have is excellent. I had the Coney Dog well actually two Coney dogs! My wife had the grilled ham and cheese and we shared an order of fries and a chocolate shake.... More

I grew up in Grand Island and ate there often. I moved away 40 years ago and its a mandatory visit whenever I come back. My standard order is 2 coneys with everything and a chocolate malt. Even my wife and kids are addicted. We just visited Grand Island over the weekend and had to eat there Friday and Monday.... More

Simple menu that has been mastered since 1933. Excellent service, friendly atmosphere. Did not disappoint. They didn't have to convince us to try a chocolate milkshake.

Growing up here, this place is a staple. I have sales reps that I take here on occasion and most of them now request that we go there and even take chili home with them 5 states away. This is a true greasy spoon cafe. The coneys are a must have and the fries are fresh cut and fried to... More

A super simple menu focused on hot dogs and Coneys (is that a word?). Fresh cut fries. Generous meat on the Coney dogs. My friend had chili and really liked that too. It has a definite diner vibe, which I really like. Quick for lunch. I try to get here anytime I'm in G.I

I felt right at home here. The Coney Island Hot Dog was tasty, although I didn't eat the bun (don't eat white bread trash). Very friendly waitress and owner, gave me great neighborhood tips about ethnic restaurants in the area, and an overall great experience. Fabulous atmosphere....not gourmet food by any stretch of the imagination, but I loved being there... More

Good old coneys and burgers like you would expect on the east coast. Its a staple of downtown Grand Island.
