This restaurant is a must for those who would like to try some modern Slovenian cuisine. So, if you have time and you want to enjoy some superb food, take your time and drive to Z. Kungota. It is worth of a two Michelin star travel. Nicely arranged modern ambient, excellent food and good wines accompanied with the good service.... More

One of the most inspirational, amazing place to eat in Central Europe. Gregor, the Chef, leads a team of out-of-box-thinkers, who, like himself, are highly emotionally intelligent. These features lead them to create tasty, well balanced, exceptional dishes which totaly fit in composition, taste, optics and quantity. Something else than a loooong slow food session can only cause frustrations. It... More

We had a four courses menu and the food was delicious. The interior design is very impressive and the service is good.

Denk is a modern restaurant, made of wood and glass. Denk impresses with the "new" house and a phenomenal chef. One needs to take time to experience Gregor Vracko and his team. Do not ask too many questions, focus on the plates and enjoy. It is a symphony for the senses.

This restaurant is a fairy tale. The architecture, the interior design, the service and the symphony of stimuli for all the senses. Gregor Vracko has crossed the borders of the "corporate" gastronomy a long time ago and actually runs an an art school.

After a long Periode where my way did not cross Maribor and Kungota I had the luck to spend another night.... and - quality of food, excellence of wine, cosyness of accomondation and the friendlyness of the family still are the best you can think of when you are on the road. My place !

The best restaurant in this part of Slovenia. Nearing perfection in all aspects - tastes, presentation, ambient. The main dish (combination of smoked steak, pork knuckle, mushrooms...) was an embodiment of how autumn tastes. Perfect choice for special occasions. Must visit!

If you visit Slovenia, this is MUST DO. For 3 hours of excellent food (5-6 course) and vine tasting in a beautiful interior we paid very fair price. Experience you don't find every day. Highly recommended!

I'm still amazed by everything about this place. The interior, the service, the food, the owner who is super cool! Everything is just so good! You don't even need teeth because food is just melting in your mouth! It's so good! We had a great time, and enjoyed every minute of it :) :) Definitely coming back when able :)
