Ten family members arrived last night a little after eight and were told it would be an hour and a half until we could be seated. We could see two five tops in the closest dining room, so we told the hostess we could be split. She reluctantly said that she would see what she could do. After about 30... More

Originally from Texas I have stayed away from Montana Mexican Food. Well thank goodness our friends pressured us to try Pescado Blanco (white fish - smile). Good food, great salsa, varied menu, interesting but good wine list, great margaritas. If the chips accidentally come out cold, just ask for warm ones.

Make reservations. And ignore the front door opening to a bland anteroom. The food is great. The prices are very reasonable. The fresh guacamole was spot on. My wife had the Honey-Cumin Coho Salmon. I had the Pescado Blanco (halibut tacos) -- I order a third taco for an extra 3.50. The wait staff was delightful.

I cannot say enough praise for this amazing restaurant. I can forget I need gluten free, because the options are flavorable, great to look at, and always the right amount.

I liked the restaurant and so did most of our group of seven adults. The homemade salsa and chips were delicious, complimentary and we were given three baskets and bowls of each so no need to pass up and down the large table. Also they were refilled several times without our having to ask. The margaritas are made from beer... More

OK, it is a Mexican restaurant so we want a Margarita, well they are not made from Tequila because they can only sell beer and wine! Well, don't call them a Margarita then. Jim had a Dos Equus which was fine but not a margarita. The tortilla soup was very good. I ordered a sangria and the server never brought... More

Not your traditional tacos and enchiladas. The Mexican food served here is delightfully different, yet not so different that ingredients are not traditional. Lovely plates, great service.

Pescado Blanco: Mountain Mexican KitchenThe cuisine we are creating is not like the typical Mexican fare you may have had before. We gather our culinary style from a geographical region extending from Southern Mexico to Northern Montana developing a unique mountain Mexican fusion. All of our menu items are handmade from the fresh salsas to the hand-pressed tortillas. This restaurant is about using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and blending flavors and the cultures.
