After spending a week in Yellowstone trying to find a good coffee place, we finally found Freeheel & Wheel on our last day. I wish we would have found it sooner!! The atmosphere was great, the staff was so friendly, and I had one of the best mochas I've had in a long time. On top of that they had... More

I went in and had a great Mocha and even better service. The Barista was sweet and friendly. The Mochas was very good. The shop also has great outdoor gear and clothes.

Perched immediately outside the west gate of Yellowstone, this friendly store has brilliant coffee...and lots of bike and outdoor supplies. Co-owner Kelli not only serves rich triple espresso and creamy lattes, she is a trove of local knowledge. We arrived exhausted after a day of hiking in the park, and mocha mamma got us back in action. Love this jewel... More

The title pretty much says it all, lol. :) Cute little retail shop as well. You can also rent bikes there and ride into the park, pretty cool.

We stopped at the Freeheel and Wheel to return our GaperGuide. Based on the favorable TripAdvisor reviews we decided to try the coffee - so glad we did ! Both our hot and cold coffee drinks were amazing. Loaded with cream and chocolate (like we like them) and a flavorful, smooth coffee freshly brewed - so much better than Starbucks!

If you like mocha's, you must try the zebra mocha! Iced lattes are also great. Excellent gear and clothing shopping while you decide what tasty drink to order. Locals drink and shop here!

This thing was amazing - a total must for any trip to Yellowstone National Park! It was so easy and quick to pickup right before entering the park. The tips are extremely helpful, and the random facts are very interesting! Honestly, we would have totally missed a lot and gotten lost if it weren't for this device. We ended up... More

If you need a proper coffee then this is the place to go. And they were real friendly. You can even browse the outdoor gear whilst you wait for it to be brewed.
