Had dinner with my girlfriend on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The food was amazing. I had seared Walu. It was the best fish I think I've ever had. Service was great. Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone that likes a great meal.

Karl is an amazing chef with a true talent with his Hawaiian native fish served fresh never frozen. Changing the menu every three months to maximize the seasonal harvest works extremely well. A wonderful location in historical Billings next to the Castle and walking distance to hospital and library. Lots of options for seating with private rooms upstairs and patio... More

We were really looking forward to going here, it sounded so perfect for our anniversary dinner. What a big letdown! I can't eat a lot of spice and everything I tried was way too spicy for me.I tried the Chilled Mango spacho soup. It tasted fine, until I swallowed it. As soon as I swallowed, the fire started. I had... More

Starting with the on table appetizer was an unadorned slice of sushi that was stale and tasteless. The offering for salads was supposed to be one of two but the only one they had on a Saturday Night early seating was the"greens". Again unadorned. The greens were wilting and tasteless. My companion had the Marlin which was a special and... More

The only thing better than the food was the exquisite service we took another couple to this restaurant on a Friday night and they were amazed that we had this good of a restaurant in Billings Montana! Well worth the drive from Big Timber.

Juliano's is the best place to eat in Billings! We've been coming here for 15 + years and have never had a bad meal. We've held company dinners here as well as my wife's surprise birthday party. The wait staff is the best in town, food is always excellent, and chef Carl's flan is the best in the world! If... More

Delicious! Beautiful! Unusual! Our group of 6 enjoyed a fab meal on the patio and had a delightful dinner. The patio is serene, the wine list extensive and the food is out of this world. We all had fresh fish entrees and each one was prepared superbly. I think the only reason Juliano's isn't rated higher on tripadvisor Billings is... More
