Stopped for dinner after we were done working g at Whiteman AFB. Food was average and service was pretty good. Looks like they have a buffet that we should have tried over the menu.

The food is usually pretty good. They have some dishes that aren't common at other Mexican restaurants in the area (enchiladas suizas, seafood enchiladas, puffy tacos). They've also started selling BBQ, which is a little odd, but it's tasty. We usually go for lunch, as they have an inexpensive lunch menu. Service is often basic, but on par with other... More

I was referred to this restaurant and it is 'the place to go' for good upscale Mexican food. The inside is classy Mexican, not tacky Mexican. The food is also very good and the menu has different dishes that reflect a classier eating experience. The prices are not that high considering the food taste excellent. A good place to take... My wife and I drive by this place often and decided to check out the menu and have a drink. We told the waiter we would take two mango margaritas specials for $1.99 each. He brought us out two margaritas that were probably 16 oz. I knew this was not the special but went along with it. The drinks were... More

It wasn't terrible, but it was just ok. It was not terribly expensive. The atmosphere was nice but the food was average. Hopefully we will find a Mexican restaurant that is better that offers a gluten free menu since shredded cheese can be an issue with hidden gluten.

I always like to go to the Copper Coyote when I am visiting Warrensburg. Good Mexican fair. Very reasonable pricing. Nice atmosphere AND $1.99 margaritas.

This restaurant, Copper Coyote, has gotten a lot better in the last few months. Cleaner, nicer atmosphere. We sat on the patio and tried four different frozen drinks that were very good. They even made a special (alcohol free) frozen pina colada for my daughter that she loved! The patio was clean and had a nice breeze. I ordered the... More

Very average food with sort of a long my wait considering there were only 2 other people eating in. Parking lot always seems empty. Better Mexican food in knob!

Took the kids there. The taco\burrito\enchiladas meat was all the same and had no seasoning other than salt. My daughter wanted cheese sauce on her enchilada which was an extra two dollars, and not enough on it to eat some with each bite. Chips were pretty greasy too. I should of taken notice to the empty parking lot. There has... More

We go to Copper Coyote now and then, as we enjoy dining outside on the patio on a nice evening. The patio was the best part of our experience this time- once we got past the overgrown knee-high weeds in the rock beds in front of the building. Our server was friendly enough, and even though our food was bad... More
