The chili mac is great, also the Rubin sandwich is good , Top off your meal with a double chocolate marshmallow malt. If you have room (or not) try some of the candy, eat there or take home. At Easter the maple nut eggs are good, if your really loves shakes or malts take there challenge.

This is a great candy shop and deli. the Sandwiches or over the top, all served with chips. They make excellent milkshakes. Depending on the time you go - expect a line. You can get something to go as an alternative. about a $7 Uber ride from downtown if your visiting. Worth it! Fun fast pace with limited seating. The... More

Same family has operated this Restaurant for generations. Small place so my advice is to avoid regular eating times unless you can wait 30-40 minutes. But it is so worth the wait. Know for their BLT's and their ice cream. This neighborhood is in transition and I would advice going during daylight hours.

Quaint little cafe style eatery. Small and family friendly. The food selection is short and simple. The confections are delicious as is the real-ice-cream made shakes! Is a Must Do when you come to St. Louis!

Crown Candy is a St Louis treasure that is a continuously operating soda fountain, ice cream shop and candy store. They make their own candies, home made ice cream and great sandwiches. If you want your food to go you will get it much more quickly. The "to go" line is on the left, the line on the right is... More

This is one of those places that you must go to at least once, but you'll want to go more than just once. Love their BLT - it's massive! Couple that with a Chocolate shake and you will leave there stuffed! Their candy counter is great too and there are lots of items on the menu to try. Not the... More
