A typical old English, maybe that should be Welsh pub. Log fires, lots of atmosphere and packed out with locals and visitors alike. Always a good sign. We had two dogs with us so we sat in the Snug that is just on the left of the entrance. They serve a huge selection of real ales, ciders and home cooked... More

With a historical setting, open fires and a landlord and landlady who are entertaining, friendly and accommodating, this has to make The Prince of Wales one of the best public houses in Wales...if not the best! The traditional layout is warm and cosy with several small rooms and a larger bar area. A fantastic collection of cask ales (best bitter... More

They don't move from the bar, block entry/exit points, and think they are above Customers who order proper meals not just a bowl of chips between... More

The Prince of Wales is situated between Nottage and North Cornelly. It serves great food and generous portions. It also has a good selection of real ales. All in a olde worlde setting. We sat outside and enjoyed the view over Kenfig Pool.
