This afternoon we were given menus by a flustered waiter and told to find a table only to find that there were no tables available. The staff were running around like headless chickens. Eventually a customer signaled we could take her table and she warned...us that the service had been poor. We sat down and my partner cleared the table as there wasn't any service available. Eventually the Manager came to sanitize the table. Post that we observed patrons battling to get the attention of any servers and they appeared frustrated. We sat with our menus a good while and then due to the lack of no acknowledgement or communication or eye contact from staff we walked out which the staff didn't even notice. We spoke to the Store assistant Manager who heard our feedback and advised that despite it being contracted to the Store she would go give them the immediate feedback. We went to another restaurant in the mall only to see another 3 patrons who were at the Cafe also decided to leave due to the lack of service. One understands the lack of staff during this time and are able to exercise patience if one is acknowledged and communicated with. Such a pity that we had to leave!More

U can go there anytime. Always very clean. Staff friendly and very helpfull. Food 5 star!! Menu awesome. U can eat and enjoy the freshest food. Drink a cooldrink or any juice they got. Very nice and always fresh. Me and my partner go there...often. Always friendly staff. Neatly dressed. I will go again!More

We shop regularly at Woolies at Canal Walk and always have their beakfast on Sunday morning. Best coffee, best service, wonderful staff, good food. We've missed them during Covid lock down
